I know some of the staff that work here, and they’re usually very friendly and pleasant with me. Depending on who’s working that day, I can either walk-in and get my food no problem, or other days, they’ll see me standing there waiting, just to be ignored for another 5 or so minutes before they acknowledge me. Could service be more friendly and accomodating? Yes, but I can also understand that they get busy and frustrated. I live down the street from this location, and I never have a problem coming here otherwise.

This was one of the worse dunkins I’ve been too. Both mine and my partners iced coffees were very light and basically tasted like milk with just a splash of coffee. We got a bagel that was very dry and had almost no cream cheese on it. Overall not a great location

I came here hoping to get a coffee. I drove here knowing it was open until 10 PM, but the staff were inside and the lights were on. They were sitting inside looking at their phones, but the doors were locked at 9:40 PM. This is ridiculous. This is a genuine problem that needs to be fixed for Dunkin. I also went to the 11 PM location, and that was closed as well. Never coming back here.

My iced coffee was too light so i sent it back and they just grabbed another iced coffee and gave it t to me that was pumpkin spice (which im allergic to btw) and i didn’t know until i drove off and tried it. So instead of remaking my order they just grabbed an already made one without even knowing if someone would have an allergy to it or not. That’s not okay. I think i’ll pass on this one which is sad because it was the best one in the area.

I typically never have an issue with this location as I’ve been going here almost every day for years, mainly for convenience purposes. However, this morning completely ruined my experience as one of the employees, might’ve even been a manager (although I don’t see how), stepped out from behind the counter, approached me & my partner with our food in hand, & stated word for word “can I tell you guys something?! The perfume or cologne you wear, is just really bad”, the look of disgust on her face followed by a gag to get her point across, “Would you not spray that before you come in, me & other employees don’t like it”. While my partner & I are in utter disbelief with the audacity of this women, she continues to say, “I’m sorry but I would really appreciate it if you didn’t wear it or spray less” & then patted me on the back & continued on with her job. Now, while I understand being sensitive to smells, I managed a restaurant prior to my current job & have had some pretty strong smelling, or even stinky regulars. Do you think I ever mentioned their smell to them unless I was complimenting? No, bc it’s basic customer service, not to mention manners??? & they are paying customers, same as us. Not for nothing, but my partner & I visit here everyday after working 10-12 hour night shifts. We are just trying to enjoy a nice breakfast with each other after a long night. To top it off, I know we are more friendly towards the workers than they even are to us half the time. Still, we smile & go about our business with no complaints. This though? This was uncalled for & rude to say the least – something worth complaining about. I didn’t catch a name but I’m certain you have cameras to see this women approach us around 7-8am this morning. It is in your job description, ma’am, to deliver service with a smile. Not tell your everyday customers they smell “bad”, let alone have the nerve to touch them afterwards. You literally get paid for it. Very disappointed & just as disgusted with the entitlement as she is with our oh so awful smell we more often than not get compliments on. Very distasteful behavior. Should not be in food service. Especially, this women in particular, has the worst attitude of them all. The other workers are often friendly & trust me, I understand having a bad day, but this women typically has a stick up her butt even when you smile at her – She’s miserable. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. Very simple. & honestly, thank you for the feedback – we didn’t know our cologne/perfume lasted so long after 10-12 hours of hard labor. Will be sure to buy more in the future! Definitely better than the smell of burnt food that lingers on us leaving this place. Maybe she prefers that though. So strange

The drive thru lady was so rude and impatient to me. I was almost in disbelief. Before I even put my car in Park in front of the menu she’s asking me what I’d like to eat in an annoying voice after I said I need a second you could hear the loud sigh and her say oh my God. This happened today around 10 AM. Note to management, if someone cannot be patient enough to wait even 15 seconds to let someone look at the menu. Maybe they should not be working for you. Will never return and will report it to the franchise owner.

Love the expresso flavor. But if you order Almond milk and get charged for it, you should receive it. Happens way too many times, especially thru drive thru. Can ruin someone’s day!

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is awful. Reading through these reviews and having the same type of experience myself I am of the opinion that this woman needs to be fired. She proceeded to yell at my husband in the drive through because he could not understand nor hear her. When he asked her to repeat herself she said it faster and snappier at him. Horrible service, will never be back. The food was also horrible.
