One of the slowest dunkins I have ever been to. Average of about 15min in drivethru on multiple occasions. Employees don’t say the absolute minimum or nothing at the window. Regularly forget items. Trash is never emptied, it’s disgusting.

Ordered through the app and pulled through the drive thru. There were no cars in the lot and one person in drive thru. Orders weren’t complicated. Gave me an everything bagel sandwich instead of croissant. It clearly says croissant on the bag. Mistakes happen I know and I worked at a Dunkin when I was 18 but I mean.. c’mon now. Have a little care. It’s not like they were overrun with customers or something. I’m not sure how they messed it up other than just a lack of caring. This is my lil Sunday treat and it’s not really a great treat when I get a sandwich I find to be considerably less enjoyable. Coffee was good at least. Please pay more attention to what you’re doing. Girl at the window seemed confused about whether it was a mobile order, then had the wrong order number and was confused about whether we were waiting for more after getting coffees. I don’t eat out much and this will honestly probably cause me to choose a different location, possibly even a non-Dunkin, in the future.

Stopped for 2 coffees tonight. Nobody in drive thru. Took 5 min for someone to take order, then get to window, girl looking out, talking and laughing with the guy working. Not a care that 4 more cars were behind me. Was at window another 5 min before I just drove off. Will never stop here again! Went up street to the dunkin donuts.and got our order pronto and with a polite gentleman. With those 2 employees, its a matter of time….you wont have a business!

You’d think by using the app and doing a mobile order they would be less likely to mess up but they still do. Whole order was messed up including some wrong items and missing items. This store is going downhill fast, I’ll take my business next door to Starbucks next time.

Me and my friends were in the area after getting our international friend and placed an order online at the Dunkin. His name is My Ndee and we said it at the window and the lady said we were corny, even though that was his name. It was very rude then we got to the window and the lady threatened us with “reporting us” (to whom I’m not sure) that we weren’t allowed to ever come back. Not sure what is going on here.

WALKED over a half hour on a VERY COLD day and been giving Dunkin business for YEARS. My car was totaled due to being hit by a speeding driver. Barely sat for 5 minutes and woman worker says ” are you buying something because we can’t have people just sitting here.” We did order but as soon as my finances improve and as much as possible, I will not give Dunkin my money anymore. Dunkin sucks and is heartless.

If it aint bad enough paying 350 for a medium coffee, I stood waiting at the counter to order for five minutes and decided I didnt want a coffee anymore. People inside are supposed to be priority over drive through, but I watched them take order after order without acknowleding me who was the only person waiting at the counter

Me and my friend love to go to Dunkin’. This store is the closes to her. Unfortunately, the staff here most of the time are unpleasant. Welcome us with grumpy sour face. And when they take your order, they make you feel uncomfortable as if you’re doing a wrong thing by placing your order. I don’t leave reviews but this visit cross the line. Nathalie who took our orders was rude when taking our orders. We speak English very clearly and with the right volume but we needed to repeat ourselves many times because she’s not focusing in taking our orders. Instead she’s focusing in looking to us. We’re decent customers. It’s annoying the way she looks to us.
We dine in that day (07.23.2023 @ 12.01PM). And we have witnessed/heard how Nathalie and other 2 staff argued regarding their task. They don’t get along well for what we have witnessed. Their customer service gets affected. Specially Nathalie who takes out her bad day to customers.
Another thing. There’s no visit in this store that the corner stand for sugar, straws, napkins were filled and cleaned. Every visit of us, we have to ask the staff for sugar and napkins. Trash is always overflowing.
I am hoping that the management will make a big improvement in this store specially for their customer service. We, customers deserve a good one with all the money we spend in this store. For the time being, we have decided to go to other Dunkin like Cromwell where staff are friendly and nice. Clean and condiments stand are always filled. And Cromwell store has enough garbage/trash bins to accommodate the trash of customers that made a big difference.
