The store/server failed at establishing themselves as having freshness over fraudulent with regard to my food item. Disappointing for sure.
And there was too much neglect for the front counter ordering. Patrons were made to wait too long with seven employees focusing on drive thru [and online, I guess]. My brew was alright but it’s hard to mess up a coffee black. Also for reviewers, make a note the store is in actually in Southington.

Waited in drive thru for 10 min not even a hold on a second from drive thru workers. Drove around went inside felt as though I should beg them for service waited another six min to be waited on and another 6 min for coffee because none was ready. I was the only person in the place. Dunkin you really need to properly train your staff. Do better!

Second day in a row that the dining room is closed. It’s 9:30 a.m.. doors are locked and there is a sign that says “closed short staff”. My semi truck will not fit through the drive-thru.

I’ve been to this Dunkin 3 times. The first time I assumed I just got a stale bagel. The second time I realized they only have stale bagels. The third time I was mad at myself for expecting it to be different.

Just asked for the Dunkin Wrap with a side order of hash browns. The employee gave me a chipotle hash brown sandwich with cheese. When I told her this isn’t what I had ordered and if she could switch, she immediately said “That’s not what you said.. and there’s no manager here” the sandwich she claimed I ordered also has pork in it which I don’t eat.

Ordered online, nobody inside or in drive through. pulled up 2 mins after ordering greeted by rudest worker, very rude to me waited 10mins for order even though i was only person there. when handed food she looked annoyed/mad to even give items. Not sure why its a problem to pull up after ordering when im the only one there its the same as drive through, no wonder nobody goes to this Dunkin and all the bad reviews even though its on a busy street near multiple businesses. Maybe they should work on customer service.

I ordered curbside pick up last week because I thought it’d be quick, but I was wrong. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my order of one drink, a wrap, and a donut. I had seen at least 2 groups of people and several cars place their orders and receive them before they even got to making mine. By the time they brought out my order I was getting ready to go in and ask where it was or cancel because of limited time. They gave me my order but said they were out of donuts (which doesn’t make sense because it’s a Dunkin Donuts- like they didn’t have any at all). I wasn’t offered any alternative, refund, or advice on what to do about it. The food and drink I was able to receive was okay but not the greatest compared to many other locations. I definitely do not plan on going to this location again.
