This is the branch that has the PERFECT ICED DUNKALATTE. I always drive here regardless how far it is because they consistently prepares the DUNKALATTE with the perfect combination/mixture of espresso and coffee milk! Please continue to do so

I goto this dunkin alot I manage a store across the street. I know its not their fault but rushing to get other people’s orders out is how you lose customers. I went in for my normal meal and my coffee is old and nasty. My hash browns are stale and dry and I didnt even try my croissant due to the egg being dry and hard on the edges. This type of service has convinced me to spend my money elsewhere. I dont condemn the whole restaurant for one person’s actions but I personally wont be going there. What sold me is the manager tossing another customers food across the counter and stating that his employees called out so thats life. Thats unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is incompetent and they always mess up my order, then blame me for their mistakes. I always order an iced chai latte because I medically cannot have coffee. I normally go before work because it’s the closest Dunkin. Multiple times they made my drink with chocolate syrup and caffeine, and I had to go back on my break because I wait for 20+ minutes (for a chai latte and avocado toast) when I ordered, and ended up being late to work which is right next door. Unacceptable. Recently, I went back to tell them they messed up my order again (5 chocolate and 5 glazed munchkins and a chai latte with LIGHT ice). I also cannot have too much ice in my drink because I have very sensitive teeth so I cannot drink things that are too cold or too hot. They gave me 3 chocolate, 3 glazed, and two jelly munchkins. The staff simply is reckless and careless. They do not listen to what you say and always mess up. When it’s time to hold them accountable, they said I should have brought it back and had a receipt. When I got my food and drink, they did NOT give me a receipt, instead they closed the drive thru window and walked away for several minutes before I could even tell them my order was still messed up. At that point, I was late to work again because I was waiting so long and I left. I called to explain my situation, and the manager said I always complain and that I should have gotten a receipt from them. It is ridiculously unprofessional. This place has the worst service and they aren’t helpful whatsoever. I will be writing a letter to corporate.

I have to say the store was Fantastic, with a boot to Amazing customer service. The line, was a smooth fast, easy. Each employee smiled and waved from the moment I walked in. The bathrooms, were cleaned and sparkling! The order was correct and enjoyed the conversations with the staff! Keep up the good work!! Amazing Refreshers here.

Often a poor experience. Just went there at 9am got the stalest jelly munchkins I’ve ever had, and the guy in the drive thru called my sweetie like 4 times which was pretty goofy & might cause problems.

i ordered a medium matcha latte with no ice and i was told i have to take half a cup because thats the “portion”. whats the point of having a no ice option if my drink is gonna be less than what i ordered?? plus the food we asked to be toasted was barely even warm. i was really disappointed today. i would recommend that you properly give people what they ordered.

The manager for this location makes for a toxic and uncomfortable environment and this is coming from a customer. Every single time that I’ve gone in for an order, the manager is reprimanding the employees for something. As someone who has worked in customer service, this is NOT how you should speak to your employees. If there’s an area of opportunity, you take them to a private setting, or have a meeting separately, but you do NOT make a whole scene in front of a store full of customers, just to make a point and embarrass your employees. As a customer, she makes the store environment extremely uncomfortable & I literally CRINGE at how she speaks to her subordinates. Someone needs to put a stop to this because the ladies who work here are phenomenal, the coffee is made with love, the bakery is the best & the meals are always made with care, but the manager is horrendous. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to this behavior if I don’t notice a change after my review. I’ve also hoped things would change, but the environment is absolutely toxic for the employees & now for customers like myself as well
