Worst service I have ever experienced at this store. Messed up oder 2 days in a row. Today, waited 20 minutes in line, to only get drink. Couldn’t wait any longer, as had to get my daughter to the bus. Went back after, and had to fight to get just 1 more item. Lady walked away and refused to verify my order was filled and correct. All the employees there seemed confused, and not wanting to be there. Very poor way to run an establishment. Will choose a different store from now on.

I usually don’t have a problem here but today I placed an online order for a plain bagel with cream cheese. They were out of plain, no problem, so they substituted with a sesame bagel. I wouldn’t have cared if the girl working wasn’t miserable and they actually put cream cheese on the bagel. I didn’t realize until I was too far to go back.

I went to the Westbrook gas station Dunkin’ to get a strawberry colatta. The woman that was there was completely rude and disrespectful. I went to the saybrook dunkin and had a complete 180. The girl was super sweet. She let me vent and offered me a donut. This was all ten minutes before she was closing and did not care at all. I will now on go the extra minutes to the other dunkin that is 10x friendlier and cheaper!

Looks nice on the inside however having been there twice and them getting it wrong both times even though I repeated my order a few times each time I went is more than a little frustrating. I understand my coffee isn’t the easiest to make but having worked at dunkin myself for several years it’s not a hard order to make either. Overall disappointed with this location’s customer service they seem to just want to get through the line and unfortunately don’t seem to care about order accuracy or customer satisfaction.

Since the current head manager has taken over this store has fallen apart. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ve never seen it is disorganized and chaotic as it is right now. The way she speaks to her employees with customers in ear shot if they mess up is inappropriate and best saved for a one on one in private. Ticket times have increased significantly, going from a convenient drop in and get out quick to spending over 10 minutes waiting for food. All this being said there are still some excellent employees who work there. Darrell and the younger blonde woman are both extremely professional and efficient, they are quick to remedy the situation if an error is made, as opposed to the head manager who tends to blame the guest. I hope the head manager receives further training on coaching and guest service skills and does not push out the few good employees she has

Love this Dunkin! We always stop in on our road trips and they insist on my dog coming inside for a pup cup. Julie gives my dog all the love and it is so cute❤️Fabulous service from a fabulous staff. Oh and A+ for cleanliness in the bathrooms!

My boyfriend and I went through the drive through today. Asked for a refresher and 2 orders of hashbrowns.
We must’ve upset her already “busy” day when we got to the window and asked if they could add on a donut, no? Okay that’s fine. Horrible attitude from this woman immediately, then we realized there was only one order of hashbrowns in the bag. The woman clearly did not listen on the headset and was occupied from the inside.
We should’ve realized that when she left the microphone on and was talking to all of her coworkers while answering our order. She also seemed to have massive anxiety or was absolutely pissed off at someone.

All zero stars won’t let you post unless you put 1 star in. When you wait 25 mins for an online order watching people walk in an out with there food. Then wait 5 more mins for an order of hash browns that they forget to make which were under cooked and cold as was the coffee i got. I was not the one to go in to get it so i called and spoke with the manager who decided to hang up on me. Just lost a customer.
