Don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Pulled in this morning and there was one car at the window and someone waiting at the speaker to give their order. Pulled out of the line 5 minutes later and nothing had changed. Not the first time this has happened, it’s every time. Need to hire more people or work on training. The employees are nice but if it takes 10 minutes to microwave a breakfast sandwich something ain’t right.

Hashbrowns burnt. Coffee was just ok. A bit old.
They didn’t know where they put my food. Two people were looking for it. Only 3 cars total in drive thru.

They gave me a stale bagel and it was very hard. I asked politely if we could change it. The woman insisted that it would be the same. No, if you give me a fresh bagel, it won’t be the same. After all, this is not the first time I’ve eaten this. When I told her I would write a Google review, she said she didn’t care. Also the slowest Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever seen

Great Dunkin in town, the servers are very polite and greet you with a smile. They also get what you order correct! Braiden deserves a raise, this kid works hard and treats even difficult customers with respect and is always friendly.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN. 1st they were out of cold brew, then sprinkled donuts then no Irish cream flavor. They gave me my iced latte that was all foam & practically no ice. After all that their credit card machine supposedly wasn’t working & wanted cash only.

Apparently this location likes to weaponize the police against their African American customers after burning them with hot tea. Their response after being immediately informed that the customer has been burned by a tea they handed to them with a loose lid … “ well I get burned everyday” . Then they proceed to refuse a refund, provide any additional service, and proceed to call the police when the customer is trying to address a situation that was met with zero empathy or accountability. Appalling and unacceptable customer service and then to trespass a paying customer when the fault was theirs just added insult to literal injury.
