This dunkin’ donuts, is by far the worst dunkin to go to. They’re always out of more than one item. Every time I go, they never have donuts, after 10 AM. The employees are loud and rude. I listened to all types of music but when you walk into a retail establishment like a Dunkin, I don’t think they should be playing rap music
as loud as they were playing it. This is right on universal drive over a dozen stores. If this was just managed right? It could probably be a very profitable dunkin, but I’ll never know i’m not going there no more.

It seems like every time I order there’s an issue/they don’t have what I ordered. I was supposed to get white cheddar instead got yellow American cheese and wasn’t told of the issue when I received my order (placed a mobile order.) The woman working is always nice/accommodating, unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. Her being nice means a lot especially working in a building with no A/C having to sweat it out all summer and it’s disgusting I would’ve quit…. they have one tiny spot that has air and it doesn’t cool off the working area you’d have to stand in front of it to feel it and it’s off in the corner….. I feel bad for the workers… I won’t be going back there….

Asked for almond milk in my latte, received whole milk. Miserable employee. Stomach issues all day. When you pay for almond milk, they need to stop sneaking in regular. Just lazy. Do we always have to watch whats being made?

Maybe it was just bad timing but when I walked into dunkin my first impression was that it was very dirty , there were more than enough employees working to sweep the floor. Now I could be coming in at the wrong time but it was a badi tinvitation to me.

This Dunkin is located in the plaza with Dick’s sporting goods and a BJ’s nearby. Caution when entering and exiting as the landscaping obscures your view a bit.

Food was good like always. But employee attitude is awful and horrendous. Who ever is hiring these employees need to do a better job/ background check.Also this lady told me to leave when there was like 20mins left until the store shut down. Do better Dunkin !!!!

Employees are extremely rude. They allowed me to buy stuff that’s not available and then decline my refund. Almost felt the the older black woman was trying to steal from me using the store as cover.

Stopped in for coffee, cashier was extremely rude, when we had asked the server for more creamer, this cashier while playing with her braided hair yelled at her said I asked them if they wanted it. I will not be back. She was on her phone and sipping from a coffee cup while we were trying to order.

Woman prepping bagels and sandwiches had her cell phone resting on the SAME cutting board where she was prepping food. Never seen such a blatant hygiene violation. People use their cell phones all day, and they’re known to be covered in bacteria and viruses. Will not be returning.

Possibly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever! Walked thru the door and was waiting to be served. I was ignored for the couple behind me who he’s seemed to be friends of the girl working behind the counter. They were given free food as I was patiently waiting to have my order taken. I don’t mind if you wanna serve your friends free food but at least wait of the person who was waiting in line first to pay. This is not my first time at this place. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences here. This will be my last time here. The service is terrible.
