This is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve been to in my entire life. I ordered a simple black iced coffee and showed up 10 minutes after the order was placed—yet it still wasn’t ready. It’s egregiously understaffed as well. I hope that this place can get themselves together.

Nice spot inside the wilbur service area . This is the first service exit , coming thro I91 – to CT 15. this service exit has Mobil and few other shops including Dunkin. Slow service at Dunkin . Coffee was not that good . Hashbrowns and donuts were good. …

Wished I could have posted the video of the location. Cash only, Exact change required, no hot food, no sandwiches, etc (the attendant was reading the folks looking at the menu and responding to our mental decision process ) – why was the place even open is a sad mystery!

Tried to order a carmel frozen coffee and was told that it didn’t exist and she’s never heard of it.
Both their screens were broken, so no menu was posted.
Ended up ordering 3 hash browns and only received 2, which we didn’t notice until we drove away, and since this is a rest stop, there was no going back.

It’s 7 PM on a Saturday and you cannot get a coffee to keep on driving because they’re closed. Completely defeats the purpose.
