Lobby and drive Thru closes 9p… arrived 8:45 p… doors locked lights off…. went to the drive through… employeegreeted me with what’s up?.. informed me everything had been dumped to prepare for the closing at 9p so couldn’t sell me anything… Dont know when they stopped serving customers but they need to update thier hours and the hours posted on the store

This store is absolutely terrible. This morning I went there for the first time to order breakfast.Accidentally left my wallet there with my phone. When I noticed it was missing, I called the store twice.They act like they don’t hear you.And they hung up the phone. I had to call my husband to go all the way down there for them to tell him that they don’t have it.Because these little kids behind the counter had it.And didn’t want to give it back. I would have accepted the fact if someone else took it.But for the employees to take it, that is absolutely disgusting. That place needs to be shut down, or corporate needs to come in and fire them all and actually hire some adults who really need a job and take it seriously..

They almost always nail my coffee order which is great, however they have a bunch of young kids working there who don’t even greet you, or say a word when you’re being rung out at the drive thru. This morning, when I got to the window for my coffee the kid held his hand out for my money, handed me my change, then handed me my coffee without saying ONE WORD. Nothing. Not even a “Hi”. This has happened on multiple other occasions at this location too with other staff. Customer service classes need to be taken here. What happened to greeting customers? I will say there is one gentlemen who usually runs the drive thru ordering intercom that’s always very polite and welcoming. I think he’s the only one though. Do better Dunkin!

I placed my order correctly for two $6 meal deals and double checked before ordering. When the employees didn’t give me a second hash brown and I inquired, they said the machine didn’t catch the deal or I ordered it wrong. I ended up paying more for my meal because the second deal “didn’t catch” and I received one less item. They did not offer to help fix anything or give a resolution. Borderline rude and not helpful.
Also they messed up my donut order. If they want to replace chosen donuts with other types, they should at least let customers know first
Finally, there is a hair on one of the hash brown pieces that I did receive. Me and my family members do not have hair of that size or color, so I know that this is not somehow one of ours.

I never complain or leave bad reviews but this morning the guy that was handling drive through,the sleezy looking one with the beer gut should not work in customer service. Extremely rude and not friendly at all!!!!!!!!!!

No upsell at drive through, no smile, ordered a Boston cream heart shape donut was small and stale. Plus Dunkin charging 2.20 cents for one donut is highway robbery.

It’s Dunkin donuts. No surprises here. They have coffee and donuts. The drive through at this one is a little annoying, you have to enter it from the building next to them. If you are heading north it’s the driveway before Dunkin Donuts. You enter there and go behind the building. It should make sense when you see it.

This location of DD has HORRIBLE customer service. I stop here occasionally to grab my coffee and bagel before work and I am constantly ignored by the workers. They do not help me until they finally feel like it, while I’m patiently waiting in the mobile order line. There is a guy that is tall, pale, with a mustache, and brown hair, he is EXTREMELY rude. We locked eye contacts at least three times and he decided to not help me at all. A granny helped me and demanded me to greet her with a “good afternoon” while it was 10:00am. Terrible experiences but the food and drinks are okay.

As we walked up to the counter to place our order (with no one in front of us), someone came over, presumably to wait on us, but as soon as he got an order from the drive-up through his head set, he immediately left us for that order, & NO ONE came over to take his place!! We were on our way to an appointment & didn’t want to be late, but we still waited a good 2-3 minutes, & STILL NO ONE came! I even yelled out to see if anyone was there who could help us (we saw at least 3 people), & even though they SAID someone would be right over, no one ever came, & we finally had to leave so we wouldn’t be late for our appointment!! I was EXTREMELY disappointed because it felt like the drive-through customers took precedence over us, & we were standing right in front of them!! I’ll never go back there again!
