I’ve been drinking Dunkin’ for ages now. I know what a proper regular Dunkin coffee taste like and the coffee I was given today was not it. My guess is that they had not sold enough of their decaf so they added it to the regular. I’ve actually caught another walk-in Dunkin try something similar. I asked for midnight and saw the worker pour regular in my cup with a splash of old midnight on top. When I said something, she ran in the back and the manager asked me if I would like a free donut while they made a fresh pot of midnight.

horrible horrible first and last time going here a simple TOASTED BAGEL with bacon and cheese bagel cold not toasted on top of messing my complete order up I got a attitude at the window like I was the one who made the mistake a little advice I would like to give as well is employees should close the window if there going to talk crap about the mistakes they made weeded with a 4 car line is insane do better

I’m a loyal customer and it’s only due to me living close by, they never get the order correct and will give you burnt food, uncooked bacon, cold hash browns, always check your order before driving off never trust what’s in the bag. Poor food handling.

This Dunkin publishes that they close at 8pm, but stop serving food/drinks WELL before closing time. I arrived at exactly 7:30pm and was told they were unable to make my order since all of their machines were cleaned and turned off. I confirmed with the employee at the window that they do in fact close at 8, but he still declined to make my order. If you close at 8, you should in fact close at 8. If closing time is 7:30, then the published hours should be updated. This makes for a terrible customer experience when business don’t serve customer until their published time.

This is the worst dunkin in Meriden. A bunch of kids work here that don’t know what they’re doing or don’t know how to simply take orders. The manager excuse for them consistently messing up orders is “ they’re kids “. Kids who knew what they were signing up for and who have attitudes when you tell them that’s not what you asked for or they made something you’re paying for wrong. The manager Kristi or whatever her name is , has a very nasty attitude and threw a bag at me when I told her I asked for A WARM BAGEL. Not a bagel that’s been sitting out for a hour. They give you old food ! cold food ! Over burnt food too. They give everything but what you ask for/pay for. The adults in the place do nothing be in they’re phone as well. I sat at the window waiting for 10 minutes the other day for someone to give me the correct don’t because they were goofing around. This place isn’t a restaurant is a big play ground for these “adults”. I now have to drive across town everyday to another dunkin just to get better service and better quality food.
