Every time I place an order via DoorDash, UberEats or an online pick up order, they always forget items. Or they give you the wrong item. If they can slow down and pay attention to the orders and what they are/aren’t putting in the bags things would go smoothly. I ordered a muffin and it’s hard as a ROCK!!!! How can’t you tell when putting in the bag that ITS NOT EVEN EDIBLE!

Im a regular they pick and choose when they wanna be good. Donuts be soggy with melted frosting slapped on it for almost $3 , they can’t make coffee right but wanna charge almost $5. Went through the drive thru the other day and the girl didn’t want to count the change i was paying with and made the person in back of her count it and proceeded to have a attitude slamming stuff in front of me while I had my 8 year old niece In the car. The coworker then proceeded to tell her not to start slamming stuff in front of the customer and she proceeded to have a nasty attitude. Asked management for corporate number and she lied to me telling me I had to go all the way to the office on broad street and refused to give up the number. Honestly this was the only decent Dunkin in Meriden the others are way more horrible and cant get an order right to save their life and give out brunt food but now they’re just as bad.

Today I went to the newer Dunkin’ Donuts on Broad Street. I slowly told them what I wanted for my iced coffee when I stood there to look at it on the board. It’s a pumpkin spice, She cut me off and said you could move forward. I got it so I’ll let her went up to the front didn’t bother looking at the ticket turned around seeing that its Pumkin spice, not what I ordered came back to the window. Very rude. Got another person. Also, did it wrong again. Throughout both coffees didn’t get one ruined my whole morning don’t go there. Lady was very rude. I was very kind. She was also pregnant so I made sure I was extra kind. Still got an attitude.

I ordered 2 lattes and I literally just got milk. I just want to know why I got milk? Just straight up milk? I also ordered a glazed donut and I didn’t get that either. Where was the espresso in the latte???????????? I’m SO CONFUSED???!!!!!!!!! Also, how did they manage to make the same mistake TWICE??????? How did they fail to realize that they didn’t add espresso in a LATTE????? If I wanted milk I wouldn’t have ordered MILK FROM DUNKIN. WHAT??????????????? I’m BEYOND ASTONISHED. I’m so confused.

Now I am from Bridgeport but I don’t play with my coffee (I don’t like Starbucks) but if I repeatedly come to back to the location day after day it’s worth the money and experience. I just moved up here and it’s convenient for all of that but I come back for the happiness the energy to the upbringing of the brightness for this location even if it my order sound crazy they know what I mean. The Manager Nina I think her name is but excellent communication skills excellent costumer service skill.I didn’t wait long for my order. I will come back this location anytime I’m in the area is worth it and hi diamond girl I love how you make my coffee

1/9/19 Well let me tell you there’s a big difference now here, they have a new manager in here now that is putting hes foot down. You can see the difference already. The parking lot looks clean, the coffee doesn’t come cold every time, like it used to. Keep up the go work I’m sure your peers see the hard work you doing in this store.
