I made sure to tell her I want cappuccino and guess what I had? I had full medium cup of warm milk mixed with some kind of horrible coffee and when I asked why is it so I was answered that this is how we make coffee.
Being charged more than $4 for a cup of cappuccino you expect something decent
Dunkin’ donuts needs to train their staff a little bit better and pay them decent
I don’t think I’ll give it another chance to come here
The employee, who took my order, made an error and then proceeded to address me disrespectfully, calling me “dude” and making dismissive noises (“boo”). Her unprofessional demeanor was shocking.
As a customer, I expect basic respect and courtesy. Her behavior was unacceptable and made me feel disvalued.
If she’s unhappy with her job, I suggest she consider alternative employment that doesn’t involve interacting with people.

I hope Dunkin’ Donuts takes steps to address this staff member’s behavior and ensures customers receive the respect they deserve.
