Just left your drive-through without getting my coffee. I guess the computers were down however no one addressed me for a few minutes. I also noticed employees, touching their noses and faces and also then handling food . The afternoon crew at many Dunkin’ Donuts seem to not be as experienced and skilled as the morning Teams

Hit or miss….

I wanted to update my review.
I stopped at this location at least once a week on a consistent basis and have been very happy with the service and the items received.
I was never sure of their food items, aside from a donut here and there.
Being a member has its perks, today I tried one of my free items and it was the bacon, tomato, avocado on sourdough sandwich.
Where I would have liked it toasted more, the sandwich was really good.
I like to take pictures after I try it, just so I can give the full review on the item versus just a picture.
The tomatoes are fresh, there is a nice amount of mashed avocado and quite a bit of bacon. (I would love if it was fried to order, but it is microwaved)
No need to salt, maybe just a bit of black pepper.

UPDATE again, which is sometimes needed when it comes to the food industry especially.
Maddie is wonderful, as are the employees that work around her.
She always has a smile and she is patient. I don’t feel I’m in a rush and that sometimes you do get with other places.

Clean restroom, clean store, fast and friendly service at 8:15am. My experience was fine. Not sure what’s happening to other folks. I ordered 25 munchkins and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. No coffee so no comment on that. I drink soda usually.

i ordered a medium iced butter pecan latte and they filled it to the brim with milk. so much milk that when they put the coffee in it it was overflowing and it spilled all over me. i have never had a WHITE colored butter pecan latte since its what i always order. it tasted so bad like cereal milk. then, the guy charged me 11.89 just for this drink and i didnt say anything because i thought it was just inflation. after, i looked it up and realized my drink only costs 5.79 and he charged me double for a cup of milk. im never coming back here. u just lost a loyal customer

Even though I was the only customer there at the time, the servers were efficient and did their job well. The only thing I was curious about, was no greeting.
I had to phone home to get some info for the order and within 4 minutes of placing it, the items was served. The food was decent and the quality was as expected considering the price.
Clean place with more than ample parking – I hope they do get good business. It’s a few minutes off Rt 9, so it’s worth the stop when you need to refresh. It definitely beats many city DD’s I’ve visited due to the surroundings and space.

I’ve eaten from this specific Dunkin’ on certain days and it’s really a hit or miss. The first time I went to this one was the day of CT GamerCon with my girlfriend. I had an energy punch and one thing that I kinda didn’t notice but my girl did was that these kids working in there MIXED my drink with a DIRTY SPOON, which is pretty unsanitary.
What we also noticed was that some Dunkin’s don’t fully cook their bacon all the way, which is part of the reason my girl doesn’t get their bacon anymore and doesn’t like it as much as she used to. I forgot if these guys cook their bacon all the way so someone can correct me if I’m wrong but I know the one on South Main Street in Middletown does (the one we usually go to)
Another thing is that we mostly do DoorDash, so when we get our orders sent to this location, it’s like I said “hit or miss.” They’ve messed up our orders a couple times with improper toasting, not giving straws for our drinks, and giving incorrect donuts (understandable if they’re out of a specific one however).
Luckily they didn’t mess it up this time so the best I can do is give this place a 3/5. Just don’t get your drink mixed with a dirty spoon, cause that still threw me off even when writing this

Staff is fantastic & keep the drive thru moving. Site is clean & location is easy access. Food rating is an overall opinion on DD food although DD should stock this store better since the racks were about empty at 8:30 am on a Saturday. They’d sell it if they had it.

This used to be a great Dunkin and I never had any issues with it. For months now every single time I go there there’s always something missing from my order. I’ve lost so much money and time from every time I have to go back in. Management needs to better train and idk maybe they can actually read the screens that are telling them exactly what to make.
