Slowest and rude staff! For the past month there’s no one in pick up line or in store and it takes minimum 10 mins to get cup of coffee poured. If you question staff they get defensive. Save your money. A trained seal can do this job. I’d rather go over the bridge than deal with this place anymore and I’m a daily customer!

Absolutely slow service, you can see about 20 of them working yet you wait 20 minutes in the drive thru. I honestly don’t know why I keep going back I just get mad each time. Currently waiting 15 minutes for a drink can’t pull out of line since they are getting a delivery, need better management to move the line.

The wait is pretty long, but the food is nice and hot which is nice. The lady at the speaker is also super friendly. The bagel bites are so cute and fun to eat! Order ahead using the Dunkin app if you want to get your order faster.

Two people working on a busy Saturday morning with no leadership in sight.
We ordered mobile and it took almost 40 minutes to get our order, after we had to ask where it was. It was marked as ready for pickup but hadn’t even been started.

So slow over half hour for a coffee all the customers were unhappy with the service as well. they really need help in here bad! 4 times to get one coffee made the way it was ordered and very basic order at that. 4 creams 4 sugars and was given black coffee. Had to talk her through what to do. Never will come here again if last Dunkin on earth.

Worse DD EVER!!! Stay away from here. Manager is horrible and literally lied about an oven being broken and shut down the front so she could focus on drive through and uber!!! Witnessed this first hand.

Every morning since I have been back in CT I stop here and give my order and the staff is friendly even understanding when the kids are being difficult picking what they want. I managed a Dunkin down south so I know how things go when people order correctly and incorrectly. Correctly is a smooth in out. Food, beverages then donuts. The first time kids being difficult I thought I was going to create chaos but the staff helped through the process!
Did I mention how awesome the manager was?

Staff is rude and there coffee is inconsistent. Not sure how I can order the same coffee from other shops and theyre great and go to this store and its a complete waste of money. Even when the staff rudely remakes the drink when asked.
