Went there this afternoon, there was no one in-front of me, waited at the screen for five minutes before asking if anyone was there. Got an attitude from the worker. Worst coffee I’ve ever gotten from Dunkin it was like they intentionally filled it with sweetener and cream to spite me for asking if anyone was was there at the window. The cup was covered in coffee so I asked for some napkins and got more attitude. I’ll never go back to this location again. Terrible service and even worse coffee.

It’s a drive through and we rely on listening skills of employees and guess that’s not working. Very frustrating.

Went there for a quick large Ice coffee, 3 creams 3 caramels, girl asked 8 creams, I responded with no 3 creams and 3 caramels 3 and 3 please, I saw the screen change to the correct order, waited a while at the window (more than 6 minutes, even thou there was no cars in front of me) got my coffee (all messy and wet on the outside like when they tried to shake it it exploded and nobody cared to wipe it, asked for a napkin please, young man gave me an attitude drove away before tasting my coffee, worst coffee ever they put 8CREAMS and 3 caramel pumps! Worst service and product at a dunkin!

Danielle Hesford, you couldn’t possibly have “walked in” to this DD—it’s Drive-thru only! (Stupid “camera” function on this review area won’t let me zoom in. Pics show signs saying “Drive-thru only. No public restrooms”, “No counter service. Drive-thru only”, & “Employee parking only.”) I’ve never heard of a DD like this & I don’t like it!! I drive all over & count on DDs for bathrooms!

Staff is rude. They run out of food early in the day. Every time I get coffee it’s awful. Bad experience all the way around. Corporate should take a look at the management and staff and make much needed changes. Very poorly run from top to bottom.

3/2/25 3:15 pm – nice guy was taking my order, a donut and I asked for a medium cup of ice. I hear a whisper of someone saying “no she can’t” and then the guy begins to tell me I can’t have the ice before he was cut off by a lady screaming at me about how I can’t have the ice and something something about cup sizes and corporate policy, I couldn’t even comprehend what she was yelling at me I was so shocked. I wait for her to finish whatever she’s screaming at me and then tell her there’s no need to yell at me, she tones down half a notch and “apologizes” still very loudly. I told them to never mind on the order and drove off. I’m appalled and confused on where the escalation came from. I see multiple reviews complaining about who I’m assuming is the same woman. I have never been yelled at like that by a stranger, an employee! I pray she gets fired and I pray for the nice boy who is stuck working in that building with her.

Went to this Dunkin location today 12/26/24, at around 12:30pm noon and the woman at the drive thru taking the order was yelling at us and very rude. She was yelling at us that there were no wraps available, completely unnecessary. Something needs to be done.

This has to be the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. I was there 12/29 12pm. I asked for my iced coffee to be made with five Stevia swerves Splenda and the manager told me I was only allowed to have three lol even when this is how I make my coffee and this is what I’m paying for I left and went to Starbucks Across the street and they did great I I will never go back there again. Corporate if you’re seeing this, fix your employee
