I was greeted really warmly by the cashier (I think her name is Diane). It felt like she was genuinely happy to be there and to serve me. The other young woman on the shift with her did not say much but worked so efficiently that my coffee was ready before I had even finished paying for my order. They were getting tons of online orders but everything was prepared quickly and no one had to wait. Food was hot and correct. It was such a pleasant experience that I would get off at that exit again just to go to that Dunkin’ Donuts.

Manager Nadine is mean! Her staff is afraid to talk to her. When we asked of she could remove the bacon the Staff member said “I’m afraid to ask her but I will” when my sis. Stepped in to politely ask her to not put it on the Bagel she yelled yes yelled at my sister. She then yelled another customer who says he comes in EVERYDAY and she yells at him “stop requesting changes to your order! We don’t change things!” The customer said “at this point it feels abusive. Yes abusive is the word he used. It was a hostile work environment and the staff members said “I hate being here she is so mean” someone needs to fire Nadine.

My go-to spot every morning! I hardly ever have to wait more than a minute or two, which is so incredibly nice and certainly helps to make my day! The orderers have pretty much been spot on ever since I started going here, for I have never really had something way out of line! Thank you for the great work, the top notch customer service, and the delicious coffee and other food items that you serve! Keep coming here everyday!

This is inside the gas station, so there is no place to sit down inside the store but there is a small outdoor sitting. Staffs are very friendly & efficient. I go there for coffee frequently and always receive good service. Coffee is always hot. Staffs always greet & smile. Thank you!

It’s your basic Dunkin that operates from a gas station. Same coffee and food as other locations. But they have really great service, which makes up for the lack of drive thru. The parking lot is fairly chaotic in the morning, FYI.

I came here during my vacation to Essex during the Columbus Day weekend. The staff here were very friendly, funny, and had quick service. I had a complex order and they got it perfectly correct. It came out quickly and it is nice that it is in a convenience store.

I am a daily Dunkin girl, but this location sucks. They screw up my drinks and orders every single time we go there, and I now drive out of my way in the morning just to go to a different one. The morning workers are SO rude and pay more attention to or complaining to each other than their customers to the point they forget what they were doing in the first place. If you hate your job that much or can’t handle customer service go get another job!
