I WALKED IN AND IMMEDIATELY SAW THE HEART SHAPED DONUTS. I SAID HELLO HOW WE DOING TODAY THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN AT THE REGISTER WAS VERY POLITE AND UPBEAT. I LIKED THE KIND OF DEMEANOR IN YOUNG PEOPLE SERVING THE PUBLIC. I TOLD HIM POLITELY HOW TO MAKE MY ICED ☕️ COFFEE AND HE DID IT PERFECT.I WAS LOOKING FOR A DOLLAR IN CHANGE CAUSE I ONLY HAD A 5 DOLLAR BILL FOR A TIP. I FOUND ALMOST A DOLLAR I PAID FOR MY COFFEE ☕️ AND DONUT WITH MY DEBIT CARD AND TOLD MYSELF DO IT I GRABBED THE 5 DOLLAR BILL AND TOLD HIM TO TELL HIS BOSS HE GOT A FIVE DOLLAR TIP FOR BEING AWESOME AND MAKING MY ICED COFFEE GREAT. This use to be the best and fastest Dunkin i ever went to now since the renovation they got rid of the Latin girls that were awesome and hired people that are to lazy to open splenda packets 3 times last week and again today no splenda in my coffee they suck

This used to be the best Dunkin. I have been a frequent customer, and my food order was never wrong. Everything was always made perfectly. The place has really gone downhill in the past aeveral months. The staff is too busy talking and joking with each other to do the job right. They also just hold items out the window and don’t even look at you at all as they continue their conversations with their coworkers. The food quality is always poor now. Nothing is ever cooked properly or how asked for. The put the thinnest bit of cream cheese on the bagels now. And, don’t even bother asking for a toasted bagel anymore! It’s hard to find a good Dunkin’ that always gets it right. This used to be the one. Too bad it’s not good anymore!

Today I went to use my points for sandwich. My points added up to 631 but they lady at the driver-thru doesn’t know how to apply it to your order and Cause you to lose your points and you still have to pay regular price. I try to call corporate and they don’t help and I try to call Branford. They don’t answer terrible customer service.

I just went to DD and I dropped my phone in the driver drive-through and there was a Spanish kid in the drive-through that picked up my phone off the ground and he was so helpful. I didn’t catch his name. However, I tried to call Duncan to talk to a supervisor to let them know that the kid in the drive-through was wonderful and his customer service was awesome, however the person that picked up the phone doesn’t speak any English and it was very rude. It was some lady and I don’t know her name but she was very rude. Other than that the dunkin is OK.
