We went inside an order at counter, no other customers inside store, there’s no place to sit. We waited 15 mins for hash browns. They only were taking care of drive thru. Bathroom was pretty clean and so was the lobby. Parking was not an issue.

Ran out of croissants so they only gave me one out of the two. A girl with a septum ring and braids, wearing a black sweatshirt under her uniform working at the window 4/5/23 at 11:50am acted like i was the inconvenience for asking if I could bring my coworker a free donut, as shes not getting what she already ordered. She gave me this sarcastic pouty baby face and said “i wouldn’t be able to do that”. im literally asking for a donut or a few munchkins to say sorry for the inconvenience to my coworker… i used to work at dunkin and when you run out after someone has ALREADY ordered, you offer something to them.

In all of the years that I’ve been a Dunkin customer, I have never been told how MY coffee should be made! This morning the woman taking my order informed me that lattes have a preset amount of dairy and refused to add extra whole milk to my drink! I have been ordering lattes from Dunkin for months and never have I been told I couldn’t add extra milk to my drink! I won’t be visiting this location again Besides this employee, my order was completed correctly and quickly.

I was advised ahead of time, this location is “hit or miss”…meaning, your coffee could be amazing or absolutely disgusting. I decided to give it a try. In the front, there were two overflowing trash cans. The inside was dirty. I saw two employees who seemed to be busy. Upon waiting at the register, I was told someone would be right with me. Eventually, I gave in and just placed a mobile order. A young man prepared my coffees. Overall, I waited 6 minutes. The coffees tasted like dirty water. While I have been drinking the same basic iced coffee for 7 years, I find that it is made wildly different from location to location. This was no exception. Avoid!
