every time I’ve come to this Dunkin (probably at least 20 different times) the workers are incredibly rude, I myself work at a fast food place and would never say the things I’ve heard them say. they always forget an item or make it wrong in one way or another (I just got 2 pieces of snack bacon that were cold, and just the wrong drink completely) Ive also never seen a dunkin that closes so early, half the time they are closed at 4pm where the ones in my town are 24/7 (probably not the employees fault but still crazy)

The worst Dunkin!! Very slow moving drive thru and rude employees! I placed an order at 11:50am on 1/24 and waited in line for about 30 mins! At the window they explained that it would be a minute because they were “changing shifts.” When I finally got my coffee and sandwiches at the window (at 12:20) my sandwiches were cold and I asked for more cold foam because it had melted… the woman at the window said that she wasn’t supposed to do that if the customer didn’t show up in a reasonable amount of time… I explained that I had been waiting in line for about a half hour to which she continued to argue with me that it hadn’t been a half hour (it was exactly 30 mins…she eventually added more cold foam) before shutting the window on me. It’s not the customers fault when you do a poor job.

The service here was very prompt and the atmosphere is nice. I usually get a hot green tea and it is very quick service. The employees are nice, well mannered, and always have a smile. I have yet to try any of the food but my family says they enjoy it and it does look delicious. This will continue to be my go to for coffee and tea needs, sometime soon, I’ll leave a treat that I’m sure I will enjoy. Thanks for the great service!

Terrible experience. We were there at 6:20pm and they close at 7pm. We ordered small drinks and sat down and the older supervisor was rude telling us we could only sit for a few minutes because they were closing I assured her it was okay and that we knew. We sat for maybe 5 min and we could hear the supervisor talking with the other employee saying we were rude for sitting down even though it was still 40 min for them to close!! And we had to go cups! So we would bin them outside.

The fact that the owners don’t read any of these reviews and try to either retrain or have a complete store meeting after all of these bad reviews come in is so ridiculous. Jane has so much money coming out of her ears that she doesn’t even take you consideration that us customers are the reason why she has all of that money because let me tell you if it wasn’t for us her business would bust.

The service has gone completely downhill in the last few months. Went there for a donut, coolata and a bagel.
At the drive through I waited more than five minutes for the items, by the time they were done chatting away the bagel was cold (which they had sitting at the window along with the donut the whole time I was waiting) & the coolata tasted like pure water. This location used to be amazing. Their new staff needs better training.

The morning crew is the best they so nice they work hard to make sure our orders are ready to go I just wish their donuts was fresh and have different options on muffins

Will never ever go again. Whoever it was taking orders through the drive-thru had awful customer service. When I was done ordering she didn’t even repeat the order back to me or say drive up. I get to the window and was given an incomplete order!The employees were beyond rude! They served me a bagel that was so burnt, I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Brought it back in to get my money back, apparently there needs to be a manager for that. Did they offer to make a new one? Not at all. As I left the establishment they continued to call out rude things to me. They get an F in all aspects of that store!
