The new crew is 1000x better than all the others in the last few years. Today my macchiato was the best I’ve had… possibly ever. The new staff are excellent, polite & all around a noticeable turnaround. Also this is EXACTLY how macchiato should be made, so for being a new staff member she slayed it.

Half the time they don’t even make the coffee correctly. Rushing us to order when there was no line, interrupted us and asked “is there anymore food, if so order now” when confronted about the rush there was no response. The job is self explanatory, isn’t hard and it doesn’t kill you to actually do the job YOU signed up for. Plus they don’t even give you your receipt. Workers there honestly have a stank attitude and lack basic manners.

Thieves!!! Went tonight and ordered drinks through the app. When I arrived they told me they didn’t have two of the drinks, it happens. However instead of giving me a refund, which any other Dunkin I have gone to has done, they offered me donuts (I ordered drinks, why would I want donuts??) And they refused to refund me saying to do it through the app. One problem, there is no option to request a refund on the app. So either they are poorly trained in customer service, or they found a way to keep customers money fraudulently. Avoid!!!

Angry ladies that will serve you up a large portion of disrespect. Don’t try to come inside and order or they will look at you with a palpable hatred. While you wait for your coffee you can enjoy them having some fun back and forth conversation about how much they hate their customers. I wish this was a one time event, but this is twice now. This Dunkin gets a 50%. Because you have a 50/50 shot of having nice staff and getting the order correct. The good 50% is a great experience; great staff, great food, and is quick. The other 50% is just completely wrong orders, rude staff, and slow lines. The reason this bothers me is that I can’t find a way to get a refund on the wrong orders.

The staff that was working was unprofessional as they argued among themselves while taking my order. There were customers at the drive-thru who drove away because they were so engulfed in their argument that they did not respond to the customer. And to top it off after waiting longer than I should for my coffee I get only to have a mouth full of coffee grounds. These young ladies need to be trained to understand customer service and what is not appropriate to discuss in front of the customer. I will never go to this D&D again.
