This is how I received this drink (minus one sip to taste). This is not the first time I’ve ordered a drink from here and it’s almost half filled. There have been several times my drink tastes and looks like it’s only milk and a flavor shot- completely lacking the espresso I order and pay for. If my husband and I both order drinks and food, often times there are items missing and/or the drink is made wrong. It is a miracle if our order is made correctly. The only reason we occasionally go to this location is because it is closest to our home, but take my word and drive a little farther to the next location.

I went there after working a night shift. I am not from the area. Not too picky about service or mistakes but when it comes to my favorite expensive drink at Dunkin then I am particular about it. When I arrived the girl who took the order was rude. When I approached the window to pay for my S’mores Bonfire Frozen Coffee, she immediately left the pay- service -window. I wasn’t sure why. Perhaps she had to make the drink and not someone else. And this was odd to me. She had come back with an attitude as if she had to stop taking orders to make this drink. The drink is blended and layered. It does take a small amount of time to make but because of the delicious taste, and presentation, it is usually worth the wait and cost. The girl shoved the drink in my hand and didn’t say anything. The customer service was like dealing with the bully from a horrible life time movie. To top it off she didn’t put all the ingredients in the S’mores Bonfire Frozen Coffee. I noticed right away that the drink I ordered was missing a crucial ingredient -the crushed gram crackers were missing. I shook my head and pulled off. The service ruined my mood. I was just unsure how hard it had been for her to apply some already crushed gram crackers to the drink! I am glad I didn’t mention it but had come to give this place a review to find all the other reviews who mentioned their similar experiences. Not worth seeing this girl in the morning or at all . Please stay away. Do not ride by there. Trust me, it’s not worth it to have to deal with the rude staff or missing ingredients in your favorite treat.

The sausage and egg croissant is good and minimal butter. It was palatable to consume. The iced coffee is delicious and freshly made to order. Nice visit the times I’ve been here.

Adventure Awaits
There’s always something wrong with this location. Certain items are not available, couldn’t tap to pay but the person in front of me did, no boxes available to put the donuts in! I had to bring donuts for my boss in the munchkin box, not too pretty…employees are always tired and not interested. Give those people a raise!

This location often is out of donuts. One pound bags of coffee are not available for sale at this location. When I asked if donuts or bagged coffee was available at another nearby location the staff was rude. If you want donuts aftern11 am best to call this location before you make the trip over.

This Dunkin is always messing up on orders, it’s always a long wait, and the employees are rude. Then one of the employees got mad that they messed up my order multiple times, then starting talking mess when I called her out on it. Do not go to this location!!!

Considering the majority of the reviews are 1/5 stars, they really must not know how to work at a Dunkin and make drinks at this grown age. A whole cup of green tea with a literal splash of concentrate is NOT a refresher. It taste like shit. As a former Dunkin employee this is embarrassing Please hire new staff, clearly the manager here is having some trouble managing a store. Yikes guys
