Lady at Dunkin’ Donuts, who works at 2:50 AM on a Saturday night I know you hate your life. I know you’re miserable with your job. I know you’re probably having a very terrible morning and are just upset at the world that you’re working such a position but maybe don’t take it out on everyone else who is just going there to grab a bite to eat and is hungry.
Not only were you disrespectful and rude and told me to leave out of the drive-through if I wasn’t going to order anything I had my window up because it’s -10° outside and I wasn’t gonna wait for you with my window down because you were busy taking another customer’s order. Once I proceeded to place my order, you decided to tell me that everything I wanted was unavailable or you didn’t feel like making it or you had one day old bagels as options. I made adjustments to my order and then I went up to the window, knowing that you told me, I would also have a five minute wait. Once there you decided to give me the meanest attitude and hand me over my order only for me to enjoy a sandwich without cheese and a very, incredibly cold, bacon and hash brown order.
I am so sorry that you are having such a difficult life, but don’t take it out on people who are just trying to eat food and go out their day if you hate your life that much and you hate your job. There are other options. Mohegan Sun is always hiring.

I had a very unpleasant experience during a late-night visit on the 3rd shift. The older blonde woman with pigtail braids who took my order was extremely rude over the speaker from the start.
When I pulled up to the window, she spent the entire time talking to her coworker instead of helping me, took her time handing me my coffee, and then aggressively threw my change into my hand. Most of the quarters fell because of how forceful it was.
Before I even had a chance to pick up my change, she told me I needed to leave the drive-through because they were “on a clock.” When I told her there was no need to throw the change at me, she escalated the situation and threatened to call the police.
This was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. Customer service like this is unacceptable. Won’t recommend this dunkin at all!

The drive-through worker, a blonde woman with braids, was extremely rude and disrespectful. She threw change at my sister, slammed the window in her face, and then yelled at her to get out of the drive-through while she was picking up the change from our car floor. Completely unacceptable behavior my sister told her she could be nicer and she started yelling saying she was going to call the cops if she didn’t leave. i don’t know what bad day she was having but we didn’t have to deal with that.

This place was a total letdown. The coffee tasted like bitter garbage. I ordered their English egg and cheese with sausage sandwich, and it was burnt to a crisp. Who even serves food like that?
And the cleanliness? I saw a rat in a trap near the seating area. How is that okay for a place that serves food?
The service was just as bad. I asked a middle-aged blonde lady (nicely) if they forgot one of my drinks, and she snapped at me like I was being a problem. I wasn’t even rude, but she acted like I was bothering her.
This place needs to clean up, fix the food, and train their staff. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they make serious changes.

Went in the morning while it was busy which I understand workers can be stressed out, however service was bad. One specific worker was rude and passive aggressive towards me when giving my order. People come to Dunkin for a quick breakfast, so don’t work if you can’t handle a busy atmosphere. You’re expected to know how to handle that.

I went here after work, I asked for a bagel with extra cream cheese and they gave it to me plain so I turned back around and went inside and they said we don’t have time to put cream cheese on a bagel we don’t have time for that kind of problem and threw them in the bag.

Have been to many dunking donuts before but this one is just wow !! One employee working most the time, slow service, lord forbid you want a cup of ice, the employees won’t give it to you at all, they are so scared of management they run away if you ask cause they say they’ll get fired, coffee isn’t done right, either to sweet or not sweet at all, employee during my visit was rude, unprofessional, unpleasant and didn’t even want to be working so she didn’t even acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes, WOULD AVOID THIS DIBKIN AT ALL COST !! YOUVE BEEN WARNED

So the staff here is to busy serving their friends and having a conversation with them to pay attention to you or your order. When I am standing in line and you friends are 3 positions behind me why would you make their order before even asking me what I want? On top of it you screwed up my order!! UPDATE! I actually sent an email to the customer service GMail and all I have gotten is crickets. I guess ole dunkin dioesnt care about business anymore!
