The past few months at this Dunkin’ Donuts has gone downhill! The employees before were happy go lucky and always friendly! These new employees not so happy and definitely not as friendly! Now I got my normal French vanilla ice coffee and they put burnt coffee in it! It’s almost like I’m going to have to go a little further to get my Dunkin coffee! I’m completely disappointed!!

awful service let me tell you that much. tried to order a drink and they asked which way I wanted it and when I asked what’s the difference I got a whole attitude from an older women in her late 40s “cause I asked a question” then they deliberately gave me a brunt sandwich cause I asked a simple question on what their new “protein drink” was. there was one worker another women she was nice and tried to take over the conversation cause she saw the workers attitude. I did not appreciate this whatsoever and will never be going back I’ll be telling everyone that too. this behavior for such an older grown women was very uncalled for. do better at your big age you ain’t no kid.

Our family stopped at this D&D specifically because it is an easy on easy off to highway on our trip. This sign greeted us walking in – clearly old, worn and not true given there are employees working on the premises. At this point in the pandemic, the bathrooms should be open to patrons. I am posting the owners see and consider changing their policy. I asked the employees if the sign was still in effect as my son needed a bathroom and they appeared to hedge answering and finally agreed that no my son could not use the restroom. Will not put stop here again.

Just came through the drive through. In the area for my daughters cheer competition. Stopped in the drive through for a quick bite, spent $30+, only to realize you guys left out my wife’s bacon and cheese bagel! So frustrating! I’m calling and no one is answering, hoping you guys can credit back the $6 for the missing bagel as it’s ridiculous that it was left out to begin with.

Today was it for me. It will be the last time I purchase anything from this Dunkin. Ordered a box of Joe today and they did not screw on the lid correctly, the box tipped over in my car and poured into to my lap top bag frying my laptop. I’m always getting handed ice coffee with lid covered in coffee dripping on my clothes and staining them, with no napkins. My food out of the wrappers at bottom of bag. Just feel like they don’t care handing over half hazards. It’s cost me my lively hood at this point.

This dukin and crew always take great care of me! No matter what time I go everyone is so nice and I have never had a ‘bad’ coffee from here. Sometimes it’s a little off, from how Good it actually can be made, but it’s never bad/waste of my money! Happily go out of my way to go here each morning!! (Courtney and Missy are the best!!)
