Went for a quick breakfast. Nothing special, typical Dunkin Store. Food was warm and coffee alright. Staff was friendly and nice. Dine in for about 20min. They have restrooms.

Always out of everything… never has anything in stock. I come up to the window and ask “what do yall have?” Rather than just ordering. I gave up on orders over the app because again— they’re always out. They cannot do refunds in store which basically you get charged and receive no product. Drinks always have coffee grounds in them and some days taste completely different than others. Just go to the one a little bit further down the road.
I blame the manager and the team leader who does counts. No way ur making extra money and not doing ur job like doing inventory checks and ordering products to keep with supply and demand. There obviously needs to be retraining at this location. Other employees are just working to make money— just how it works fr.

The service was horrible, we came in the morning for breakfast and the woman was already rude off the bat. She was the only problem though, everyone else was kind. We had just gotten unlucky to have her serve us. When we ordered a $5 meal deal, my dad simply asked if it was possible to exchange the coffee with a water. She started explaining in an arrogant tone and when we checked the register it said she had charged us $11. My dad asked why and she said if you want to remove coffee and get water instead, it charges you. My dad said he’ll just get coffee and asked her to change it. She replied and rudely said wait wait I’m changing it. When we finished ordering, a nice man was making our coffee and she told him to change the order that he was working on to a water. He seemed confused because we clearly ordered a coffee. In the end he gave us a coffee and a water. I appreciated his kindness. If you would like a description of the woman, she was blonde, she looked middle aged, and she was short. I will not describe her any further. This woman has ruined my experience at Dunkin’ Donuts and I may have to start going to another location.

Allergic too with it not being worth going back in to have it corrected because I’ve already waisted 30 mins to get the wrong order. Legit half a mile down the road you have a better Dunkin, a Starbucks, and a Wendy’s all are better options.

Just got a cold brew and a donut. Very angry! Cold foam on my cold brew was cuddled and the glaze on my donut was melted getting tired of wasting money at dunkin to throw everything away. I think I’ll be going to Starbucks from now on

My order is fairly simple and somehow never correct, and usually the ladies working are so kind and sweet and personable that I actually don’t even care how bad the coffee is, but today there were two young men working, one of which was lovely and so friendly. The other stood in view of the window at the drive through for about a solid minute staring at his phone and then reluctantly and so so slowly approached the window, never breaking eye contact with his phone and asked me what I would like to order. I said I had already ordered an iced coffee at the first stop, he then handed me a coffee that clearly was not mine. I said “oh I don’t think this mine- I just had oatmilk” and he said yeah. And I said this has cream in it.. and he said no it doesn’t, and I said well, the label says it has cream- and I showed him the label and he said no there’s no cream in that and he closed the window. I didn’t wait around, I just took the coffee, but the interaction was weird and unpleasant and also I couldn’t even drink the coffee bc it most certainly had cream in it

I ordered a drink with 2 pumps chocolate and whipped cream. I repeated the order 4 times and she even read it back to me. I got no whipped cream and they put pumpkin swirl in it (which I’m allergic to) and when I tried to call them to fix it the phones didn’t even work

Literally a 30 minute wait in the Drive-Thru for two wake up wraps, they were out of oat milk, and there was no way to escape the drive-thru except sit there and wait my turn. Not an uncommon experience at this particular location unfortunately.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and iced coffee. Took 20 minutes in drive thru. The bagel wasn’t toasted just warm and the coffee was not only incorrect but tasted AWFUL. 11$ wasted. Went to a different dunkin and had to reorder my coffee. As an employee of another dunkin in the area, I’m horrified by this location.

Only Dunkin to constantly run out of bacon, cups and other products. The only Dunkin in the area that always has a wait inside. I’ve waited over 15min here for a coffee and sandwich. They don’t call out sandwiches so you never know if yours is done. Pretty much feel ignored by the crew if you are inside. Quite literally the worst Dunkin in norwhich, occum, Lisbon, gales ferry and Groton. Have only ever gotten good service maybe twice here. Never intended a review but absolutely sick of this Dunkin and will no longer go
