I love coming to this Dunkin specifically, all the others in my area don’t compare!! They always have what I want and make it quickly, even when lines are long, and the staff is always so polite. Tim absolutely makes my morning! He’s so genuine and joyful that even when I’m not off to a great start my day spins right around after my stop here! He always asks if I need anything else and chats with me while I grab my order. Definitely an employee to keep and take care of in the long run!

If I could give no stars, I would. This place is absolutely horrible. They have over ten workers in there, and we waited over twenty minutes for our food even though the place and drive-thru were empty. Four of the girls were on sandwiches, and as someone who worked at Dunkin’, they never need more than one person because it causes a backup. The girls were also loudly expressing how they were upset about the one car that was in the drive-thru and they were extremely disrespectful to that woman as well because THEY didn’t have her order ready in time (she was at the drive-thru before we arrived and we somehow received our food first?) The cold brew was somehow burnt even though it’s literally called cold brew because it’s brewed cold, our food was somehow burnt, hard, and cold which you wouldn’t think is impossible but these teenagers somehow managed to do it. All in all this was a terrible place to stop and I do not recommend doing so if possible.

Josh Reuthers knows how to run this establishment to a tee. He is fast, efficient, and good with the customers. He always gets my order correct, which is more than I can say about the younger management team who seem like they don’t really care about the customers. Why Josh was passed over and his hours cut is beyond me. I speak for other customers as well who have taken their business to other locations. Bring back Josh. He does a great job.

I have never experienced a Dunkin’ Donuts like this ever. Such awful people. I ordered my drink and as I was ordering it the guy said hold on and just started laughing at me to his workers. As I was getting my drink the lady gave me an eye roll and I didn’t even get a greeting. As I got my drink it was disgusting. I parked and went back in to get a new drink. When I walk in I over hear them making fun of the way I ordered. They literally were making fun of me for saying sorry. I have autism so not every word comes out correctly so I always apologize because I feel bad. They are nasty, rude, ungrateful people. Also I feel bad for them because they work a dunkin. But u mean clearly there attitude didn’t get them anywhere!

This Dunkin’ is like playing Roulette, with your Order… Pull up, order a particular Sandwich, get a completely DIFFERENT Sandwich, at the Window! The Staff is very Kind, Courteous, & Friendly, but it seems they confuse Orders, FREQUENTLY! I am, seriously, considering visiting a different Dunkin, from now on, because of this very issue! By all means, the Quality of the food is excellent, and they ARE very nice…But, those two “pluses” DON’T overturn the glaring NEGATIVE, of getting incorrect Orders! I am, honestly, hoping Dunkin offers this Crew some Training, & a chance, to do BETTER!

Every single time I order from here they NEVER get the order right. This is the absolute worst. Dunkin iv ever been to. This morning I ordered an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese they didn’t have veggie (witch is fine) I ordered regular instead. What I got was ONE HALF of a cold everything bagel with nothing on it but a little smudge of Strawberry cream cheese
