Waited 10 mins before the girl told me I could use the kiosk- for 3 munchkins inside the restaurant literally I was the only person there inside. She literally took care of a coffee that was done wrong from the drive-thru (the guy came inside to complain) before getting 3 munchkins. Then said she couldn’t cancel my order because it was done through the kiosk? . They don’t know how to prioritize or multitask. The manager to this store needs to help the two people that are there if it’s that “busy”

floors are dirty as you can see from the pictures . It’s a pretty quiet place lots of seating employee Hahkeish definitely needs more training. They don’t always check their inventory when customers order. And they didn’t offer to give me a receipt. Employees need to learn to listen more carefully to what the customers order.

We decided to go inside to order since we had to use the restrooms. My wife went to order and the employees were just standing to the side talking. She waited a few minutes and the said “Hello?”. The manager (assuming she was the manager, since she was the only one replying and giving orders), stepped out and said someone will be with you in a moment. Meanwhile there were other employees working drive thru. A woman helping fill the drive thru orders. My wife waited some more time, waiting while the other employees stood talking. Finally the manger comes with a cash drawer, says “I’ll be with you in a moment, I just need to count this drawer”. My wife continues to wait. Finally manager is done counting money. Then walks away. Starts touching all the food trays with her dirty bare hands that she just counted cash with! Then walks around to the drive thru area and tells one of the employees to help my wife. My wife still waiting, waits longer for another employee to come take the order. That person just stands in front of the register and says nothing, just stares at my wife. My wife had to ask, ” are you ready to take my order now?”. Employee just nods. Customer service is slim to none. Coffee tasted like dirt/coffee grinds. Threw it away.

This Dunkin is the WORST. From the manager on duty to the front counter. Parking cars from the drive thru and when the food is ready MANAGER says “he won’t run it out, put it on the counter they can wait.” 2 days I was in there 20 mins and order was still messed up. I’m in the area every 3 months for school and will not be returning.

There was a giant piece of aluminum from the cream cheese spread smeared into my bagel. Need I say more? This location is disgusting & obviously needs some serious intervention with their health & safety training (or lack thereof). Genuinely don’t understand how you screw up a bagel to the point of making it hazardous. Last time I’ll ever be back to this location.

Older lady with glasses at the drive through’s attitude is pretty terrible. I get to the window, greeted her, no response, hands me my food order, then says what was the order name, tell her, ask her nicely for some napkins, she ignores me, hands me my drink order, then says what do you want in the most rude way, I proceeded to ask her nicely again for some napkins, she hands them to me. I say thank you have a great day, no response. Definitely don’t think customer service is the right industry for her
