The poor girl behind the counter was scrambling because she was the only one working at the store at 2:47 PM when there are at least 5 people in the store, and more coming in and out. Despite the fact they were severely understaffed, the worker was polite and helpful. They need to be more generous with their staffing for the sake of their employees AND customers. This is a commonality in all of the locations owned by this franchisee. It’s sad to see so many faces come and go from these Dunkin’s but I suspect that the lack of staffing is one of the reasons why.

I wish I can rate without giving a star. The building is beautiful, love the renovations they made. Honestly they need an overhaul on new management and staff. Unsettling to witness arguments with the staff and unprofessional behavior. Swearing, talking on their cellphones, arguing with each other, and rude to customers. I tried to give them a chance several times, but at this point I’d rather take my business elsewhere. My coffee is never fully filled. Any time I order Uber, they never get the order right and are lazy to put cold drinks in the bags. The owners really need to reevaluate who they have representing their business. It would be sad to see them continue to lose profit. I would reach out to the owners or management but the staff have denied my request for any information.

Manager abuses his staff to the point that at times labor relations should get involved. The staff here are excellent they try and make everyone feel welcome sometimes slow but that’s only when it’s really busy never see the manager jump in and help during those times

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been in. Lady behind the register talking on her cell phone with bf or whoever loud as hell when we walked in.. she tells us one min and continues talking on the phone walking to the back- still can hear her on the phone while another worker comes out to make orders for the pick up. This lady was moving like she had no purpose even though there were a few people in line including us. Everything took sooo long. Finally she gets our order of ONE coffee of caramel latte that tasted like milk! The rude lady on the phone finally comes out to help and a customer walks in and starts vaping. Meanwhile we are standing in there like what the hell kind of place is this ♀️ Didn’t bother complaining about the coffee because we would’ve been in there for another hr. ***Management please watch your cameras and check on your business. Hope to never come back to this location.

The ppl are nice, it’s just that their hours are off. I live down the street and I’ve seen them closed in the middle of the day. They kind of open and close when they want to. It’s also odd that they close so early and don’t accommodate the second shift at EB, this is the only coffee and food place in this area so it’s odd that they wouldn’t stay open until at least midnight. They are also always out of something. I think the whole place needs an overhaul, new ownership or management.

Get a better morning shift. 6:45am Litteraly only customer in the store stood at the counter for 10 minutes blatantly being ignored by all three workers then looked at me like I had 6 heads when I got someone’s attention to place an order then continued their conversation as if I didnt exist.

Updating my review went to go get a coffee around 5:00 p.m. and an African-American woman was very rude to me after I asked her what time does the store close she just laughed at me and said oh you never been here before? During the day business is great but it is very busy so you’re better off using the mobile app.
