Honestly this is the worst dunkin donuts. Somehow they manage to make cold brew taste acidic and burnt (Im pretty sure they just put the old regular coffee from the previous day into the cold brew for the next day). They routinely mess up orders and have a very slow drive through, especially considering they do not have to worry about customers in the store. Go to the dunkin donuts by EB, they are way better.

I did a mobile order. When I got there to pick it up at 930 in the morning. I was told they didn’t have any of the donuts that I ordered for my dozen. I was told if I want a refund then I need to do it thru the app. The bacon was raw on my burnt avocado toast and the Dunkin wrap was still frozen. I’ve reached out to Dunkin support emails and phone calls and no one has called me back.

My coffee was not made the way I asked for it and it was extremely strong and tasted burnt!! I asked for it to be remade and it tasted no different than the first one!! I asked for a refund and was told no! When I asked the young man why I couldn’t receive a refund he said they weren’t allowed to!! It was so horrible I didn’t even want to choose 1 star!!!! I get this same exact coffee everyday with no issues of course from a different Dunkin but my point is I know how it’s supposed to taste and this isn’t it!!! I spent/wasted $19.57 & tipped $5 and couldn’t even get a refund for the horrible coffee

Update: They, for the third time this week messed up my order and I went back for a refund instead. I will never buy from here again. I was told it be easier to just remake my order because they would have to call a manager who wasn’t there. The manager Megan did not show up for her shift and when called said it was impossible to do a refund anyway and they can only remake the order. That seems like laziness, and no way I’m being forced to pay for something I don’t want. Allegedly the manager Megan will maybe be in tomorrow or Monday. Clearly she doesn’t need that position if she is unwilling to fill it. Shut this place down!!!
Team needs training. Thats all I can say. Their management should make sure everyone is trained to make all items correctly and the same. Every time I order the same thing I almost look forward to what surprising difference i’m going to find. Burnt bread, burnt bacon, cheese when I say no cheese (lactose intolerant). I order a chai I get a cup of milk with a splash of chai syrup. It’s exhausting considering Groton is scarce with options. Some staff members are rude, some are nice, just no uniformity here.

This is easily the worst Dunkin in the area. It’s like they deliberately mess up your order then make you wait in their pot hole lot, so that you can’t do anything when you realize they gave you the wrong thing or the food is ice cold.

I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. We thought it would be nice to take our children to this dunkin for a treat one morning. As we sat motionless in the drive through line, their previously broken and unlatched dumpster gate, flew into our vehicle and did over $1000 worth of damage. This was caught on their video and by at least three witnesses. Their employees also came out and said the gate was previously broken and they apologized. They asked us to be patient and said that they would take care of all the damage. After ignoring our phone calls and texts for a couple weeks , we finally got a hold of them and they told us to take it up with their insurance company. Their insurance company was immediately standoffish, and tried to bully us into filing a claim with our own insurance company which would require a deductible and the possibility of having our rates raised. We tried to contact this local dunkin again to explain the situation to them and the difficulties their insurance company was creating. (We have video and photos of their negligence and the damage). I told them I’d prefer we don’t let this situation spiral out of control. All we want is the damage fixed and nothing else, its such a small amount for a Dunkin franchise. $1000 and a loaner for a day. The guy David, practically refused to talk to us and told us they have nothing to do with it now it’s an insurance issue. I highly recommend anyone never go to a Dunkin owned by these people and definitely would recommend no service members or veterans ever use a dunkin owned by these people because clearly they don’t care about others. Absolute ZERO integrity and ZERO accountability.
