Absolute chaos. I went in with one other person. I guess at least one person was late/didn’t show up. The two workers were doing the best they can but their stress was stressing me out. My friend was able to order within 5 minutes (nobody in line inside). They took my order about 25 minutes later. Ordered a large iced coffee with cream, 2 espresso shots, and unsweetened vanilla. Definitely not what I got. The toasted everything bagel with cream cheese was not very toasted. The breakfast sandwiches my friend received were cold as well. CHAOS!!!

Came to get a corn muffin, butter and warmed up. I also asked for hash browns on the crispy side. What I got was a hot mess. My corn muffin was all broken up into pieces and my hash browns were all broken up falling apart in the bag. This happens when people have no pride in their jobs. Seriously this should never even went out the window in the drive thru. Absolutely disgusting.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever endured. My 1st time coming to this Dunkin donuts since I do not live in Connecticut period from the beginning the woman on the drive thru speaker speaking to me with an attitude and unpleasant as if she was upset she had to be at work. Have my children in the vehicle and as I was asking them what they would like to eat she goes ahead and Asks me if I was speaking to her because I’m mumbling. Then she proceeds to indirectly rushe and rush my order. I asked for no cheese on my step daughters sandwich, it came with cheese. I asked for a signature caramel latte for my son, she gives me attitude and said I never said which latte I wanted. If your going to be unpleasant with customers, then its better just to shut down. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

The product is typical DD. The customer service is very inconsistent. In addition to my usual tip, about once every two months when I get my morning beverage I give a $20 tip just to make someone’s day. Today and yesterday the attitude of the person at the window was so rude the $20 bill stayed in my pocket. This has happened many times in the past as well. I’ll wait for a day when one of the pleasant folks are working. Again that is sporadic.

3 times straight they have messed up my order which is just a basic coffee. The workers here are clearly not paying attention or don’t care what you ask for they will make it how they want. ♂️

That Dunkin was in a very nice location. Was kept exceptionally clean the food prepared well and staff was very friendly. I appreciated that it was located conveniently next to 2 small parks that made it comfortable to sit down and enjoy my sandwich and iced coffee.

I just wanted to leave a review for Katelyn (might have wrong spelling) but I came in for lunch and my order got messed up but I had no time to go back until after I left work. I stopped in and explained the situation and she was so sweet, made me a coffee, asked if there was anything else she could do. Thank you, Katelyn!!

The people were friendly and nice but the service was horrible every time I went and I ordered something different every time and it was messed up every time They need to work on Making their coffee’s right if I order something off the menu and on the menu it shows whip cream and caramel and all this stuff on it I expect it to have that or at least to ask me if I want it or not I ordered a blueberry iced coffee off the menu and asked for it to be very sweet and on the menu it shows a delicious iced coffee with whip cream and caramel on it so I assume it comes like that but I got a regular iced coffee that was almost black with no blueberry flavor or whip cream or caramel instead and so I gave it back and told them their mistake and they put blueberry in it and handed it back to me and I had people in line behind me.so I took my coffee home and had to make it right so I could enjoy it on my way to work and the same thing happened. When I asked for a dunkachino and again with just a regular coffee its very disappointing and discouraging to go back to the place i love to go to almost everyday
