This location never messes up my coffee. Very consistent. I suggest ordering on the app both for points and freebies and to save time, as the drive up can be busy in the morning.

They never have enough help food is always running really late. Look 30 minutes for an iced coffee that was mobile ordered ahead of time. The food in bags literally tossed at you across the counter,. extremely poor quality and service. I used to prefer this location because they were very friendly and personable. I don’t know what’s happening with the last six months but it’s just completely fallen l by the wayside. food takes way too long to receive after waiting in line for ungodly amount of time to order. Never go there anymore I have the time to waste. I’ll just go to the Dunkin’ that’s more out of my way.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever endured. My 1st time coming to this Dunkin donuts since I do not live in Connecticut period from the beginning the woman on the drive thru speaker speaking to me with an attitude and unpleasant as if she was upset she had to be at work. Have my children in the vehicle and as I was asking them what they would like to eat she goes ahead and Asks me if I was speaking to her because I’m mumbling. Then she proceeds to indirectly rushe and rush my order. I asked for no cheese on my step daughters sandwich, it came with cheese. I asked for a signature caramel latte for my son, she gives me attitude and said I never said which latte I wanted. If your going to be unpleasant with customers, then its better just to shut down. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

There was no tp in the bathroom. My friend informed the employees and an hour later I used the bathroom and luckily brought napkins in because no one filled the empty cylinders

Used to be good, but now I consistently receive poor quality and service. I used to prefer this location over the corporate one around the corner on Colman because they knew how to listen to orders better, but recently this location has been going downhill very rapidly.

The people were friendly and nice but the service was horrible every time I went and I ordered something different every time and it was messed up every time They need to work on Making their coffee’s right if I order something off the menu and on the menu it shows whip cream and caramel and all this stuff on it I expect it to have that or at least to ask me if I want it or not I ordered a blueberry iced coffee off the menu and asked for it to be very sweet and on the menu it shows a delicious iced coffee with whip cream and caramel on it so I assume it comes like that but I got a regular iced coffee that was almost black with no blueberry flavor or whip cream or caramel instead and so I gave it back and told them their mistake and they put blueberry in it and handed it back to me and I had people in line behind me.so I took my coffee home and had to make it right so I could enjoy it on my way to work and the same thing happened. When I asked for a dunkachino and again with just a regular coffee its very disappointing and discouraging to go back to the place i love to go to almost everyday

This is the best dunkin in the area, the people here outrank any of the other dunkins in kindness, quick service and just all around being great people. As soon as I started ordering mostly the same thing every morning they knew my voice and what I wanted. I’d go here everytime even if it was out of my way
