two people working and clearly no idea what they are doing. i never go to this dunkin cause its usually between a 5-10 minute wait in the drive thru and rarely is my order correct or warm. this is my $4.93 latte today… always something off.. this issue falls on management ALWAYS. something needs to change!

What happened to the old staff at the Danielson Dunkin’ Donuts? They always made my coffee to perfection. I would go out of my way just to go to that Dunkin’ Donuts because they were on point always the staff was always friendly. The last three times I have gone my coffee is terrible and the people that work there Personalities stink. This is the coffee I ordered medium regular Caramel swirl iced coffee with a turbo shot. Where is the cream in this coffee? Where is the sugar in this coffee? And where is the caramel swirl? This coffee is terrible. Please bring back the staff that used to work there

This Dunkin location very rarely gets an order correct. Ive tried the multiple times because they happen to be so close to my home. I don’t expect to get the right kind of cream cheese anymore ore have coffee made correctly because it’s only happened once or twice at this point. Today was just especially bad. They started by making my coffee iced which happens so they took it and remade it. They spent a good 20 minutes making my two coffees and two bagels. When I arrived home with my coffees and bagels the cream cheese was in packets not on the bagels but to my surprise some other cream cheese had already been applied to my bagels then scraped off. The coffee they remade was not remade it was poured cold into a hot coffee cup. The owners of this location clearly don’t care what happens at their store.
I did go back and the two employees told me they’ve been there less than a week and were left alone. They were unable to contact their manager for refunds and almost completely untrained.

The best Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. And that says a lot. Lol. Super friendly staff. Didn’t take forever like some do. And there was a customer in front of me basically ordering the whole store and I was still out with 3 kids in under 5-8 minutes. All happy. Thank you.

The staff are always very nice and I never want to complain, however recently my orders have been a mess. I’m very busy and I leave early for work as is, but do not have time to turn around and have an entire order remade, so I figured I would leave a review. Both coffees were made incorrectly and despite the order giving instructions to toast the bagel, add mocha to coffee and to have the second sandwich on a bagel rather than croissant, everything turned out backwards. Mistakes happen, but with the prices increasing the least that could be done, is double checking the order and making sure it is correct.

I’m updating my review on here. The current morning employees are amazing. Always polite and know my order as soon as they see me. Even when they seem short staffed at times they are still very efficient in multitasking to get their customers orders set. You girls are amazing!!
