Some of the crew are great workers but others you can tell they don’t care but I’ve been having an issue with my food lately ! My bagels are never fully cooked and whoever the baker is isn’t baking it on the correct setting makes me not wanna get food here at all

Almost every time I go here there’s a mistake. I only got 2/3 of a coffee this time, if some of the employees don’t like their jobs and are unhappy to the point they don’t hold themselves to a standard they should work somewhere else. (I’ve also worked at a Dunkin in the past and know this stuff doesn’t fly, things are expensive these days and my coffee is a treat for me).

Worse dunkin. Staff is very rude and mean. Going there always ruin my morning. One lady who was servicing in the front today had so much attitude. So sad to see ppl how they behave .. always make wrong order and always have a problem to fix it, we are paying u money not getting for free.. workers also get paid.. dont work if u r acting rude

I know this wont get seen but you definitely need tp update employees about health and safety at the drivethru.
A woman handed my order to the car in front and took it back and proceeded go hand it to me after taking it back from the customer ahead. Thats extremely unsanitary.

Brother… I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and bacon, and a side of hash-browns. I get to work and open the bag, these people didn’t even smear the cream cheese on my bagel and instead left a knife. They didn’t add my bacon after I had to repeat myself three times, AND my bagel was barely toasted. With the 6 hash-browns, only about 2 were actually edible and not destroyed. Really disappointing experience. Do better.

This was my regular dunkin for years unfortunately I’ve now started going to Chaplin/North Windham. My favorite thing on the menu is expresso unfortunately everytime I order from this dunkin I’m always greeted with a little extra texture than I expect. No matter the shift/ who makes the drink there will always be coffee grains at the bottom of the expresso drinks. These are 5$ coffees. I’m honestly tiered of asking people to remake it just to have a smaller amount of coffee grains still at the bottom. I think it’s the machine Not the employees but it has been months with the same issue. I’m sad to say Ill have to get my daily coffee elsewhere from now on.

This particular outlet is very congested and probably dine in facility is not available there as they pay more attention to the drive thru orders.
But taste wise, some of their donuts are really good.
