I’ve been going to this Dunkin for years. I’ve had good and bad experiences here and I still continue to come here because it’s closer to me for my route to work they can be very rude at times even the manager has a nasty attitude. But I noticed ever since the Tall woman started working there the Service been great . She’s a pretty tall girl who always working nights , the food even taste better. Everytime I go when she’s working I get fresh coffee, fresh food , she keep the place really clean she really is a sweetheart & make a big difference working here she deserves a raise for sure. The don’t give employees enough recognization here & I pray god bless her with a better paying job she deserves it ☺️

1st time I am giving a bad Dunkin review because of the staff. I was using driveway for a coffee, but she told me to be at window since I was keeping others waiting, only 1 car behind me and I was ordering for 1min. Sharon/Sheryl who was BUSY but only 1 person inside waiting on counter. There should be some patience when you take the order. 1-2min of patience just kills the mood of customer and avoids coming to your place.

Walked in today 6/3/25 a bit later in the afternoon. I stood there while the two ladies working were helping another customer. They totally ignored me.. Not even a “miss we will be right with you”
I get this is a low skill set job and I’m sure those working here aren’t working D/D because of great choices they made in life, but can you teach them some customer service skills… It’s not that hard.

Anyone who has something bad to say about this place does not know the people. The experience is what make me come back every day. It’s a great environment, one of my favorite places to eat, hands down.

They literally never get the order 100% right. It’s usually that they forget the donuts in a mixed order. Still, they are very nice and the coffee is always made right. I still go from time to time. Just be sure to check your order before you leave the parking lot.
