Paid $4.19 for a piece of bread that wasn’t even toasted .. never made it to the oven and then they scarcely slapped a bit of avocado on top… I just want my money back for what I could have made at home… so much for having a quick breakfast before work. The coffee used to be good, but lately it always tastes burnt. They take forever to complete orders even when it’s not busy. The staff aren’t very friendly or helpful and make mistakes often. We’ve been coming to this dunkin a few times a week for years and it’s sad to see how it’s declined so much.

Some of the staff are great, but usually they’re rude and unhelpful. Got a sandwich that still had the paper on the cheese inside, and online orders did not have labels/names on them, so it was hard to tell which was my food. I was scolded at when I asked which was my order, for some stupid reason.

I just don’t understand how every location just doesn’t care what they serve. You ask them to do something for your drink and it is ignored. Absolutely ridiculous and talking to management does nothing. Problem still persists. The Assistant Manager doesn’t let you speak to the actual manager. I’m guessing this Dunkin DOESNT LIKE THEIR CUSTOMERS. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and hashbrowns. I received a soft, untoasted bagel with about a teaspoon total of cream cheese for the whole bagel. Hashbrowns were soggy and barely warm. Donut was put in the bag upside down so all of the frosting stuck to the bag.

This is by far one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve been to. The girl working there kept tellin me to wait as she talked on the phone. Then another person who barley spoke or couldn’t even hear said they didn’t accept 100 dollar bulls after making me wait for almost 15 minutes smh. Not to mention the bathroom was disgusting. The Dunkin’ Donuts corporation needs to do something about this place. Will never return smh

Tried to walk in at 625pm on a Tuesday with my 2 kids and door was locked. Called to confirm if they are open and no one answered the phone. After multiple calls I just gave up. There are employees inside and I can see them just there and no one bothers to answer the phone. Ridiculous.
