Nobody here know’s what they’re doing. I never received a receipt with my order even after asking repeatedly, and my order was messed up. I ordered an iced matcha latte and they made it without any sugar, and then the second time they made it there was ice all the way to the top of the cop until the lid was popping off on one side so the whipped cream I added on was coming out. I took 5 sips and the drink was finished due to the fact that 90% of the drink was just ice. The store is full of untrained beginners and they need a better manager or some kind of training before they start taking people’s orders.

Every time I go, there’s somebody inexperienced or the service is very poor. The manager took 5 to 10 minutes, talking to her employees in front of the window while I waited for my order then she gave me an attitude. This is not the first occurrence of poor service.

Usually ok, the long line at the drive-thru moved quickly at 8:45 a.m. on a weekday. But this is supposed to be an everything bagel, toasted. It is neither. I don’t mean they picked the wrong kind of bagel, I mean where’s all the “everything” that’s supposed to be on top??? Ironic that it’s barely warmed, since commercial toasters usually burn bagels, at least on the edges. This one must’ve gone thru lightning fast! With butter, well, barely, but all DD’s are always skimpy with the butter & cream cheese.

Ordered a sandwich on a plain bagel. I got one on croissant which I don’t like. I was already few miles away when I found it out and just couldn’t go back to get the right one. To the stuff, pay attention to details and requests on the order, to customers check your orders before you leave the store.

I’m gonna give a honest review. I haven’t eaten here much, but I have done a couple of pickups and it seems to be very popular. So if that’s said I do find it to be very clean and sanitized, so if you are looking for a place to eat, I would recommend if you’re on the go or if you just want to sit. But just remember, take your time and enjoy your food. That’s what it’s all about
