I walked in today and there was absolutely no one working at this branch, I waited 20 minutes from 4:10pm to 4:30pm, and no one took my order it felt like someone didn’t want to work, please leave a sign or a note or close the store for a while don’t leave customers waiting almost half an hour during working hours, people are in a rush and have other things to do, be more considerate

I do not like the new paper cups for hot beverages because your beverage will not stay hot for a very long period of time. I miss the styrofoam cups for hot coffees and teas. Don’t waste your money buying their Dunkin’ Donuts cup products as they don’t last for a long period of time and they’re very expensive. Coffee prices are on the high end not as high as Starbucks but for a cup of coffee I would recommend making it at home

All I wanted was a cappuccino and it was not made correctly. I went back in and asked for it to be fixed, not only did the young man give me an attitude, he also has no clue how to make a cappuccino. The service was horrible! The manager heard me talking to the young man and also stormed out of the store to smoke a cigarette not wanting to be bothered by me. I will no longer be returning to this store or any other Dunkin’ Donuts for that matter!

Sunday 7:10pm Walked in, sorry we’re closed. I said I was just looking for a coffee. Well, if you give me a good tip I’ll get your coffee. And I did go through it just because the person I was with wanted a coffee otherwise I will never be back And the sad part the last words was well I was going to throw this coffee away. Anyways it’s the end of the day.

One word. Mary! She was so helpful and pleasant. Even when I forgot something and added to my order she never once got upset. This is the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to! I wish all the chains had a Mary working there! Clone her quickly!

Excellent service! We got a sourdough sandwich for FREE for the wait we had. The manager and employees are very friendly and kind. The restaurant is clean. It’s a small space, but most people get their orders to go anyways.

Need new employees everyone there slacks in communication skills. I called to simply ask a question and their immediate response to answering the phone was “what do you want, south main st” then he said “hello” before I even got the chance to speak and hung up right away. Very disappointed in their choice of employees, this is not the first time they’ve disappointed me.

My coffee was amazing! … I come here often when I’m in the west Hartford area today was an amazing visited I was greeted with a beautiful warm smile by a young lady named cierra ! She was so sweet and had an amazing attitude, and got my coffee out very quick! I will be back !!
