Went here last Saturday (2/7) and the workers that served me were the kindest; Ella and Briana had my food out quickly and were very friendly. Will definitely aim to make this my primary Dunkin – much better than the one down the road

For your safety, I strongly recommend NOT going to this Dunkin’ Donuts.
On April 1 around 7 a.m., an employee at this Dunkin’ Donuts yelled and screamed at me… over a napkin. The employee said that she could only give out two napkins per customer. I explained that I needed more because of a bagel I ordered – she refused to give me another. I found a napkin behind the counter and got it. The employee proceeded to give me the wrong order. I went back for the right order and she yelled and screamed at me for five minutes. She called me “nasty”, threatened to call the police on me, and screamed at the top of her lungs it was “her” store. I complained to the corporate hotline and I was told that a manager would call me. The manager “Mark” called me and originally said he would respond to what happened. Instead, “Mark” called me back and told me an employee found my social media post about the incident. “Mark” sounded more concerned about my social media post about the incident instead of a customer’s safety and well-being. He added that the employee was disciplined but still works at the store – and that I could just “go to the Dunkin’ down the road” instead. I explained that there is an issue of customer safety at this store, and many people from the community go to this location.
Sad to say that both “Mark” and the company have not taken this incident seriously. Chances are very good that this incident will probably happen again at some point in time with an employee disrespecting and screaming at a customer. Please avoid this location at all costs.

11:20am on 08/04/24-Last straw for this poorly run branch of my favorite drive thru co. Just returned from ordering an avocado toast with bacon. Handed it to me without bacon. Girl with lack of customer service skills & bad attitude added bacon. See pic:

didn’t taste like the espresso was the right amount for my latte. I get it every day at my other Dunkin sometimes twice a day. I almost broke my neck here tho because some of the floor was freshly mopped and the workers left the mop and bucket there and as I was walking to the restroom I was going full speed and almost fell I didn’t see the mop and bucket behind the partition. It was not busy at all no customers so why did the other worker leave it there with no sign

If i could give 0 stars I would. Asked for a signature pumpkin spiced latte and a bagel toasted with cream cheese. It took them 15 minutes to make it and what i got was straight milk with pumpkin flavoring and a burnt bagel with a fingertip of cream cheese. Over $10 wasted on garbage. All the workers moved at a snails pace and looked as though they were either high or too tired to care. None of them deserve $15/hr. I wouldn’t pay them 5.

Look no one is perfect but when you get a customer who wasn’t satisfied by their previous visit and you own it fix the issue by retraining your crew and then I come back and y’all nailed it. That’s great leadership that’s a great crew and all employees should take pride in that. Amazing. No matter the criticism I still was given a warm welcome and a great service with the food made just right

Multiple reasons for 1 star. Staff is EXTREMELY unfriendly, and by unfriendly I mean RUDE. I placed a Mobile pick up order for “walk in” but had to pick up via drive-through because the lobby is always closed to the public for some reason.. I went through the drive-through, and since I ordered on the Mobile app, I pulled right up to the window… When I got there, I was “greeted” by a female worker, who very rudely said “next time you need to tell us when you’re here” – we apologized because we didn’t know and before I could even say anything else to her she was walking away but I asked her to l please add whipped cream to the drink because there is no option in the app to add it. I know she heard me, but she pretended she didn’t, and came back with the drink without whipped cream… I then again asked her… can you please add whipped cream, she rolled her eyes, put the smallest amount and handed us the coffee. If you are going to be miserable at work, then don’t work, especially in a place where you deal with customers every single day all day. Another reason for my one star review is they just clearly don’t care which is so raw when you work with customers making food and drinks. When I am paying for some thing, I want to get what I ask for. I asked for no ice in my coffee and they still put ice and I asked for a certain amount of flavoring and it’s clear they did not put that amount because it doesn’t taste like anything. The picture is the amount of whipped cream I got, and you can clearly see that there’s ice in there as well.
