I ordered a daydream refresher, and sat in the drive through for it. why was there ZERO cold foam? And the put the wrong lid, so they really couldn’t fit any if they wanted too. I’ve never been served this drink with the lid wrong….
This Dunkin seems to run slower then any of the ones In Torrington or Harwinton. I sit in line behind one person for 10 + minutes. It’s so slow, I’m so confused why this one is delayed no matter when or what you order

Place should be shut down there’s no point having the business open when they continuously don’t have product something as simple as espresso or coffee at 9AM on a Sunday morning. Or the fact they don’t have a managers on duty and have to call them on the phone while you’re at the window because they mess the order up so bad and no one on the clock knows how to do a refund. And on top of all of that, the customer service has to be some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

This store is consistently slow. Waited over 10min for 1 drink standard as it is on the menu even today and was told they were changing the drawers when I finally got to the window which in every job I’ve ever had takes about a minute or 2 so it’s pretty obvious that the staff don’t care that the dunkin down the road on s main and every single other one in the area can outperform them and half their customers leave the line to go spend more time driving to where they will get quality service. I’m lucky I had time but wish I spent it driving a little farther into winsted to get my order from someone who knows how to smile and make eye contact. If you have to go to Winsted go to the newer dunkin on s main.

On 10/16/2025 @ 11:45 am I pulled in to space to walk in a get coffee and a donut. I watch an employee lock the doors from the inside and go back to work. Needless to say I walked to the McDonald’s next door and picked up food and drink. Best part was I watched 20 cars (look at the camera video) park try the doors and drive away. Not one even went to the drive thru. I guess management thinks there is enough sales that they can turn away customers. I will not return. There are plenty of other dd on my way home.

9/25 – With the egg white omelette bites taken off the menu, I tried the avocado toast. So-so. They need to post on their menu it’s topped with two kinds of seeds for those who can’t eat them.

12/23 – Hot tasty egg white omelette bites, a croissant with sausage and cheese – best egg sandwich fast food wise (preferred the ham but they no longer make it) and a small macchiato with skim milk/ one sugar from the drive thru, hit the spot on a brisk winter morning.

2/22/23 – The first day with light snow since late November, we decided to make the most of it while doing necessary chores. Dunkin’ for breakfast, and a favorite long-visited pizza place in Winsted for a take home lunch/dinner. We decided to eat inside which was a first over the many years here. Everything was clean, service was prompt and polite, and the coffee and food items were good. They have bags of coffee for sale, of course, as well as merchandise. Also on site is a cooler of beverages including milk, energy drinks, water and soda.

2/14/23: We went through the drive thru today to specifically get the heart doughnut only sold on Valentine’s Day, but being early afternoon at this branch anyway, they were already sold out.
I don’t know if this was the same case at other neighboring stores, but @dunkindonuts if as a company you market a specific doughnut annually, why make a limited supply?
When paying at the window, I asked what time did the heart doughnut sell out, but the staff member did not know since he just started his shift. Anyway, we bought a strawberry and vanilla cream frosted doughnut instead but neither had the sprinkles on top of the icing as displayed on the electronic menu. Both of the pastries were enjoyed as well as their reliable brand coffee.

Dunkin’ always makes a good cup of coffee even if other chains will sell you some for less or more money. The hazelnut shot in one of ours was delicious.

I got a hot decaf coffee with two cream. The staff member who handed us our food was miserable and rude. The coffee was cold. It wasn’t even warm. It tasted like it had been left over night and a whole cup of milk was added to it. I heated it up when I got home and it didn’t help. It was awful.

The worst Dunkin i ever been to. Dont bother coming in a rush takes 5+ minutes to get a simple coffee. Also a good place to get a laugh hearing them say “ight” into the intercome confirming your order.

Every time i’ve gone to this dunkin I’ve either sat at the speaker for 10+ minutes… not even get a “be right with you” “one second”

Its very hot and these guys are working hard, the woman who served was absolutely done with her job and acted like she was checked out, total attitude and malice. I didnt make a big deal since the weather was meh and it felt like gorillas hot breath was breathing in your face, but being in customer service for over 20 years always be pleasant you will get further with tips and your day will go by faster.
