There’s something nostalgic about tasting Dunkin’ Donuts. The soft dough that melts in my mouth brings up the memories and the melody of my grandfathers voice. Every time he came over he would bring a box of donuts, sitting at the table with his coffee we enjoyed each other’s company. Even though he’s gone I still go to dunkin, my other relatives gift me gift cards in remembrance of him. Keeping the dunkin tradition alive. However, every time I would go to my local Dunkin ( not this dunkin). I could never find the memories or hear the melodies of his voice when I bite in the donuts. The donuts at other Dunkin’s were always dry and sloppy. So I just accepted I would never taste the nostalgic taste of Dunkin’ Donuts again. The other Dunkin’s were just Dunkin’s. However this one was Dunkin Donuts, because when I bit into that donut. The memories flooded back to me the softness of the dough that melted, made my brain melt emotionally. I finally found the nostalgic senses around me, for a moment I was brought back in time. Thinking the box of donuts was brought for me by my grandpa. This may all sound like I’m crazy but I’m not, when you miss a loved one who is no longer around you look for them, whether it’s songs, birds and in my case Dunkin’ Donuts. This Dunkin brought back what Dunkin meant to me. The donuts were not the only thing that tasted of perfection, I also got a mocha frozen triple mocha coffee. Awhile ago in my junior year this drink spiked my love for dunkin coffee. The first sip of my mocha triple frozen coffee today, brought me back to the first time I ordered it. I could taste the sweetness of the mocha, complimented by the slushy coffee. I’ve ordered this drink from other Dunkin’s and they have never made my taste buds dance with joy like this Dunkin did. Other Dunkin’s always forgot the mocha swirl. However this dunkin made beautiful drizzles with the mocha, adding the right amount to create a delicious creamy chocolate mousse flavor. This is the best Dunkin I’ve ever tried and I’ve gone to Suffield, Southwick and enfield Dunkin’s but this Dunkin outdid them all. I didn’t personally pick up my order, my dad did after going to the gym and he told me that the staff was friendly. Which is shocking because I rarely experience friendly staff at Dunkin. Anyways here’s a picture of my mocha I drank some before because I couldn’t help myself!

Worst dunkin ever I ordered two bagels with cream cheese on the side. I get the bagels cold not even toasted with the cream cheese on it. Why the extra steps just read people !!!! Also missing a donut and the straw for the drinks. What are you people doing? If this place was run by little kids they wouldn’t have any mistakes like these even my toddler gets my order right when we are playing restaurant…. yesshh!

This Dunkin is great! The employees are friendly and the service is quick. I’m usually in very early and still greeted with a friendly Good Morning. The coffee is always nice and hot and the food comes out good.

I went to this D&D today. There were 3 ladies and a gentleman. These 4 people i swear to you are the nicest people in the world,so if you wake up in a bad mood or are having a rough morning do yourself a favor and go here to get your coffee and guaranteed they will turn your frown upside down. Some may say im making a big deal or thats their job but not all people who deal with the public on a daily basis care about other people the way this place does does. They really are that great. Gotta see it for yourself. Enjoy your day.

I was treated extremely poorly for a frequent and daily customer who spends a lot of money here. Elm Street Windsor locks CT 06096, assistant manager’s name is Catalina or she refers to herself as “Cat” made my disabled mother’s coffee wrong not once but twice. When I asked her to refund me she said she couldn’t with out the receipt WHICH I WAS NEVER GIVEN. Because I accidentally knocked over a stack of cardboard carry out trays she threatened me by demanding I leave her store. She’s an embarrassment to the company, to the location and has dragged skid marks across your reputation. They have lost me as a customer. I WILL make sure and expect actions to be taken. A woman like that does not deserve to have a job.
