Food was garbage service was horrendous and atmosphere was garbage. However, I understand that the staff don’t get paid enough to care minimum wage job = minimum effort. All of these people complaining in the reviews clearly have never worked a fast food job before. They’re the kindve people that expect 5 star customer service at the dollar tree.

Quite possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts on the face of the earth. I live 400 yards from this place. This location has been given so many chances over the last 5 years, just stay away. Slowest service of your life, they regularly run out of basic things like milk and creamer…at a coffee shop. Their drive through moves slower than a snail uphill. The lady working the drive through sits in a chair and yells at the staff working behind her rather than using her legs at her job lol. Horrible place, don’t go.

Sold me the worst breakfast sandwich ever. It was burnt and hard I could not eat it. I’m pretty sure if you wouldn’t eat it you shouldn’t sell it to customers. Ruined my breakfast. I could have gotten something somewhere else. I would have waited for a new one. Don’t just sell people burnt food.

Floor was filthy with dirt and grime . Napkins and other things on the floor.
Cream was bad floating cream chunks in my coffee.
Manager was not around to refund money. I had to go back in ther convenience.
Sandwich station and coolatta machine was closed 2 hours before store was closed.
DO NOT GO HERE UNTIL THEY GET A NEE CREW.
I had to give them 1 star because there’s not lower option

Attendants were nice but why is the toasted items never toasted?!! It seriously doesn’t take much effort or time to actually toast something.

Sadly I don’t think is to blame the young employee, sadly it reflect on the poor administration and manager skills and productivity. The place looks like a mess and the kids are doing their best to put up with Hangry customer and rude people who only see that slow service, but not the efforts. Again my poor review is not because of the young employees, but really management you need to do much better than this.

Not sure what happened over the past couple of months, but overall service has declined at this location. Pulled up to the drive through today, there was no one in front of me and sat there waiting to order for 10 minutes, was told to hold on a minute and then nothing after that. I drove by the window and there were employees inside, not exactly sure what they were doing. Left without any service and didn’t have a chance to order.

I had to sit in the drive thru line for 7 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Then needed to send my drink back twice because it was wrong and the third time I just gave up because it was still wrong. My wrap was burnt. Never again
