Plus the guy with the long beard have dirty hands, just straight black lines under his fingers. His hands is visibly dirty. Proper hygiene is important in the food industry.
Since I’m starving, I don’t have a choice. I just prayed they wore gloves while making this. I’m not upset, just disappointed. The owner worked too hard to have employees misrepresent his business.

The lady taking orders was very rude and not at all welcoming. The man serving was very nice and pleasant . I ordered a Sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and the sandwich came without a sausage patty. Overall would go back. Not horrible. I understand that it is early in the morning.

Rarely go here as I brew my own coffee strong the way I like it with sweet cream once in a blue moon I will grab maple bacon croissant if I’m in Massachusetts they are about $5 bucks in Enfield they cost a dollar more the coffee just taste watered down to me I will stick with cafe Bustelo unless I’m in a pinch and someone else is buying and I take Imodium lol is what it is

It was raining and the drive through had a huge line. Fortunately the staff was very effective and I was barely waiting for two minutes with ~4 cars in front of me. Drive through server understood my order (which can be difficult with the speakers/microphone). My iced coffee was decently mixed and made perfectly.
