So Danielle is awesome. We made a mobile order that included 10 chocolate munchkins for my autistic 5 year old.. when we got home we realized that we got the wrong munchkins but the wife left in the van. Received excellent service, staff was very friendly and willing. Seemed to be very happy at work. Coffee was adequately mixed and restaurant was very clean. We had mocha iced coffee and Carmel swirl ice coffee and are both pleased. Excellent selection of donuts- especially for a Saturday afternoon.

Went and ordered a large iced dunkalatte this morning with my normal “less ice, add a turbo shot” and I got a large cup, 3/4 full. I asked why and the lady at the window said “this is how the owner wants it” – well, if that’s how the owner wants it, I’ll make sure to not visit this location ever again. I spend a while lot of money at Dunkin, having a family of six, and I feel like some sort of accommodation should have been made. Anyways, there’s plenty of other Dunkin’s in the area. I won’t visit this one again.

On a Saturday afternoon stopped in and there were 2 people behind counter working on drive thru orders. I wasn’t acknowledged when I arrived. Was told will be right with you after 5minutes. After waiting another couple of minutes I left. I understand being busy, but at least I could have been told that it might take a little longer before they could service me. I don’t go to Dunkin a lot, but I wouldn’t go here again.

Had a DoorDash delivery. Couldn’t eat anything that I ordered. Ordered a toasted Maple Bacon sandwich on an everything bagel and loaded hash browns. All of it tasted like burnt rubber or plastic, like chemicals. The black rubber mat they use in the toaster oven is TOXIC!

This particular Dunkin was extremely slow with poor service. The manager was standing out front the whole time while a new hire was on the drive thru headset and they messed up the order for the car in front of us as well as our order. I don’t blame the new kid but I do blame the manager for playing favorites by putting all the people they like on the easy jobs and having the new kid do all the work with no help.

90% of the time my coffee is wrong. By sight I can tell it. And when the label is “right”, the taste says otherwise.
I also can’t help but notice the guy that works there, always has dirt or God knows what under his fingernails. Hygiene goes a long way when you’re handling food.

This Dunkin’ location is the best in town! I used to go there years ago when the place was new and just opened. It was a clean place with quick and friendly service. I just happened to be in the neighborhood the other day and stopped in for a coffee and was surprised at how clean the place was still. Also received the same fast and friendly service I got back in the day!
