If I could I would do zero we paid for ten munchkins only got 8. How hard is it to count to 10? And i realize its 2 but I paid for 10. Its not my problem you have a miserable job or you hate it, its no excuse to have zero customer service. All the locations that were owned by the previous owner have all gone down hill so quick this is one of them.

Went for a coffee and snacks at 8:35 pm and was told the ovens were already turned off because they close at 9. Not sure if that’s standard procedure, but it felt a little early to stop serving hot food 25 minutes before closing. Just a bit disappointing when you’re looking forward to a warm snack.

I ordered a coffee and a donut. A simple order! I watched the guy making my coffee, “shake” my coffee with his hand. He wasn’t wearing any gloves and you could see the coffee that came from the cover on his hand. I ordered a Boston cream donut. When I open the bag, there is an actual feather on my donut. Right there in the frosting! They always take forever, and there always rude! There are several other Dunkin’s in the area, I recommend going to one of those for better service!!

I ordered a mocha iced latte on app and when I arrived at drive thru window the man handed me a coffee. I told him it didn’t look right and I ordered mocha. He said it is mocha and I told him it’s not right since I order same thing all the time. He closed window on me and walked away. I went inside to see if someone would help me and the lady kept telling me she out the mocha in and I told her I order the same thing and it’s not right. She didn’t offer to help so I left. I brought coffee to gf and there was no mocha in her coffee.

I had put in a schedule ahead order which mind you the app said it went through. I got there and told them the name it was under and they told me to pull up. I got up there and they were asking for like 3 dollars when I had already paid with my card on the app. They had the manager come over and she had the rudest attitude towards me telling me they couldn’t do anything about it and stood there and continued to talk about me behind the window which was closed. That Dunkin just lost a customer. Will be going to a different one from now on.

I have been coming to this Dunkin for a few weeks due to having a new job. The staff here are unpleasant, not friendly, inattentive and have messed up my order several times. As a customer who came daily and tried to give the staff a chance I refuse to continue to be a regular at this particular store because the staff don’t know the meaning of customer service.

Absolutely amazing.. another Dunkin made my latte wrong and I stopped here to see if they could fix it for me as I didn’t want to go back to the one that put the coconut flavor shot in my cocoamocha latte (for those that don’t know a cocoamocha latte is mocha syrup topped with whipped cream hot cocoa powder and chocolate drizzle)when I walked in I was happily greeted by Vic. I asked if there was anyway she could remake it for me , she said absolutely. Kerri came over to let me know they didn’t have oatmilk and to ask if I wanted almond milk instead I asked if it tasted like almonds and she said no it’s more of a vanilla flavor then almond and she asked if I wanted to try it to be sure I said yes please. She was absolutely amazing. Her and Vic both did an awesome job even with my slight attitude because I was upset… This is now my go to location. Thank you ladies. Your kindness made my whole morning. See you ladies Tomorrow!!
