I put in an order for 2 breakfast wake up wraps and a coffee, Then I went in and ordered an apple fritter. The turkey sausage wrap tasted like cleaning solution (saving the food for lab analysis). The fritter, though tasty, was not baked all the way through. Very doughy on the inside. I feel sick

What an absolute unbelievable experience. After patiently waiting for five minutes whilst being completely ignored by the two employees working the counter. One employee walked over to the register and looked at me disinterestedly without saying a word. I said “hi” to with he gave no response. At that point I decided that the Mountain Rd Dunkin will never get another dime of my money. I turned around and walked out. Arrived at 5:15am. Was told food service was not setup yet. Had to wait for a sandwich. Most bread options were also not ready. Maybe you should just open at 6:00am.

I ordered a med iced coffee with extra milk today. It looked a bit dark but I took it and left. When I tasted it it was way too strong, I didn’t drink any all the way home. When I got home I added alot of milk but it still wasn’t enough so I threw it out. Now I know what the guy in front of me in the parking lot was pouring out. Awful.

Waited for about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge the line waiting to order. Then who I can only assume is the manager walks to the register, with a very rude look on her face, asks what do you want…. Yeah I will not come back here after this behavior. Every other person has always been friendly, yet this woman was terrible.

The staff are extremely slow, they don’t care about anything but the take outs not the line of people that have to get to work or the kids that need to get to school. Always out of stock of things , napkins are empty, place is dirty and my order is messed up a lot. I spend a lot of money there and I can’t afford to wait almost a 1/2 hour. People are always complaining in line and something needs to be done about it!! Bathrooms are also disgusting, you need a good manager and a proper staff that knows how to work in high functionings places like Dunkin’ Donuts. You also need to keep out kids from school that like to do tic tok videos while grown adults try to have a cup of coffee

I went in here twice today and walked out the third time. I gave it one last shot because I was passing by and there was a young gentleman who was running around going crazy trying to keep the line moving. I understand they’re doing the online orders first but at some point there has to be a better division of labor. The on staff supervisor was complaining as much about working as anyone and somebody was in the back doing dishes at peak hours.

Not very welcoming atmosphere group of older not so friendly looking men gather at the entrance every day. The tables were not very clean. Tried the Brioche Scramble Breakfast Sandwich the egg was ice cold. Also the Tropicana orange juice has shrunk in size but they are still charging same price.
