If I could rate this place- stars I would… now I have been coming to this location since I was a small child and this morning I went through the drive through ,as per usual, and ordered and payed was asked if I needed anything by the young boy (teens or early 20s) and I simply replied with “yes my coffee” only to receive an attitude and even got asked if I a woman “wanted to take this outside” over the facts I said don’t ask me a question if u don’t want me to answer. Idk where Dunkin is finding there employees but do better I pay a lot for a coffee and to get treated like that I should’ve just gone to McDonald’s

I have stopped at this Dunkin twice in my life. After the first experience I thought, “Well that was bad.” But I don’t write places off for one bad day. Tried again today. I have, never, ever done anything in my life like this before, but I was waiting so long in the drive up for my coffee that I just left before getting to the window. If you don’t have the staff, don’t pretend to be providing service.

I visit from Canada regularly and stop in at this Dunkin almost daily when I am in town. Before this week, I would’ve rated this location poorly. It seems like they’ve hired some new people. Karen was the consistent one from visits past – she is lovely. The rest of the staff I have interacted with have been wonderful. They seem much more organized!

Awful service. 7 am on a sunday, 5 (young) people and a manager sitting in the dining area doing scheduling. Stood there for 7 minutes because everyone was on the drive thru, then the order taker took our order and went to back to the drive thru! 15 minutes for 2 donuts and hot chocolate. The adult manager is the only one to blame!

It’s a very big hit or miss. Seems like every other time I go here something always wrong with my order. Went last night and got two drinks and one had no tea in it when I asked for it, but they just gave me the concentrate.

Once they took our order all employees decided to take care of other orders. Their drive thru numbers were ridiculous standing at 14% and it wasmt even busy at all, those employees didn’t even know I’d they took the money from other customers. Note non of the employees were mean just didn’t know what to do or how to work
