I’ve lived in numerous states across the U.S., and I can honestly say I’ve never been to a Dunkin’ with a staff as incredible as this one. Every single person who works here is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I’ve lived in the area for almost a year now, so I’ve met pretty much everyone who works here — and they’re all amazing.

The positive energy, the smiles, and the consistent kindness make my day every time I stop in for coffee. Major kudos to whoever manages this location and to every staff member who shows up with such great attitudes. You all truly set the bar high. Thank you for making my mornings brighter! ☕

This morning around 7 a.m. in the drive-through, I was truly blessed. I was having the worst morning possible. I usually come to this Dunkin’ throughout the week, Monday through Thursday, and I always order a Cookie Butter Cold Brew on the mobile app. Well, this particular morning my holiday special was no longer available, so I just ordered a regular Caramel Cold Brew. With literal tears in my eyes, I pulled up to the window, and they just said Goodmorning and handed me my coffee like normal….I took one sip, and my tears of sadness turned into sobbing tears of joy. They must have had some of the cookie butter flavor left over because they made me my usual Cookie Butter Cold Brew. I’m a big believer in small acts of kindness and how they can completely change someone’s day, and this was so perfectly timed. I cannot explain how thankful I am for something as simple as that coffee. Please give that worker a raise right now

I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself and wasting my money. It’s like this place goes out of its way to make your order with a lack of care. When they don’t give you the wrong sandwich after waiting in line for 20 minutes (this it not hyperbole), the sandwich they hand you is sadder than a Jimmy Dean’s but for 5x the price. Cold eggs, burnt bacon thrown haphazardly into the bag. Specialty coffees are similarly made in a way that shows the employees just don’t care. Recommend McDonald’s up the road for breakfast and recommend LuAnne’s down the road if you want to pay for a nice coffee. Otherwise you’re better off making it at home.

My husband was picking up some food for us, he ordered me a bacon egg cheese on English muffin. I got a sausage egg cheese on a croissant.. How did they even manage to mess it up that bad? He’s had issues with this place messing orders up a lot lately. I hate sausage and croissants and my kids don’t want it so it’s going in trash. What a waste

Asked today at the drive thru if they pre make their loaded hashbrowns in the morning because every time i’ve been getting them recently they’re cold and hard. The woman at the window said yes they do and to start asking for them fresh. Only dunkin i’ve had this issue at.

Its a typical Dunks. This place Dunks just about as good as any other place that Dunks. Food is always as its expected to be, and the staff were all polite. If you need some Dunks in your life, this is a good place to get Dunked.

The food and drinks are great, when you get them. They have the app to order for deals/points but half the time they don’t have the thing in stock, and then they NEVER refund it. If you ask for a replacement that costs like 20 cents more they freak out they can’t do that. One time they gave me two donuts as a replacement for a six dollar sandwich. Someone genuinely needs to do a class action against them; I’m so annoyed. I also tried contacting corporate, which is what they said to do at the store, and they just never responded. Just tried calling so I could order something with an offer to make sure they actually have it before I submit the order and their phone doesn’t work. What a joke.

Never had an issue at this location. I’m also very aware of how busy they are everyday probably one of the busiest in our area. I think a little more understanding and appreciation of the people who are here doing the job to make us happier. Have always been greeted with kindness and is everyone perfect these days is what we really need to think about things happen let’s be a little more understanding and positive. All you see in these reviews these days is complaints and sadly the days of the customer is always right is out the door. No need to be so entitled. Be compassionate and kind it cost nothing. By no means at all is it easy to work in customer service our world has changed Tremendously has made it even harder at times. So thank you guys at Dunkin for doing what you do you are appreciated.
