Pulled up to the drive thru speaker, “Hi, can I get the $6 meal deal on a plain bagel, iced coffee with caramel, cream and sugar”. They respond with “Is that all?”. Yes. Pulled up to the pay window, they didn’t tell me a total or give me a receipt. I leave and reach in the bag for my hashbrowns, to my surprise there were none. Just the bagel. So I checked my bank account out of confusion and see they charge me $9.43. They gave me less and charged me more. The bagel was pretty good and the coffee tastes chemically if that makes sense, did not drink it. I have been looking for a reason to stop spending money there and this just did that for me!

we all know the change shortage is fake. But this dunkin will steal your change. In no way should a customer have to pay MORE for menu items because they have no change. Total would be $4.82 , pay with a $5, and they will only give you $0.10 cents back and claim that’s their policy now that theirs no Pennie’s. That is stealing customer money.

Worst dunkin in the area. This morning I thought I’d be nice and drop off breakfast to my wife on my way to work, her bagel had the most pathetic amount of of cream cheese on it I’ve ever seen, and even though it was 6 AM my coffee tasted like it had been sitting for 6 hours.

Never have any complaints here. They always get my order right and are usually able to provide fast service. Whether it’s a strawberry coolata or a frozen french vanilla it always comes out right. The sandwiches are made correctly as well. I recommend anyone to eat here.

The staff was nice but the egg bites were so hard/old and looked like they had been sitting in some kind of heating area after they had been cooked hours ago, when they should’ve been cooked as I ordered them. Never had this happen at a dunkin before.

I Was Very Satisfied with getting a Fresh Hot Coffee with a blueberry muffin that helped me get Recharged after a sleepless night! It’s not often someone gets a Fresh Hot coffee made to order though I was Very Satisfied with this Dunkin location because they have plenty of staff to help.i’m looking forward to coming back to this Dunkin again Very Soon!

Got to try the new seasonal cold brew drink which is AMAZING!! And unlike other locations they were actually nice and accommodating to my requests for my drink when other locations have given attitude and it’s not anything crazy so it was actually nice to not be met with an attitude.
