Management needs to get rid of the woman working during the weekend afternoons.. She is on her phone texting as there is a line building. She is rude, dispectful, and shouldn’t be in any customer-facing type of job. She made a young mother and child wait over 20 minutes for an iced coffee as she was on her phone. Others (including myself) waiting well over 30 minutes – while her male co-worker was working feverishly to get the food out. I have never experienced anyone as terrible as this person.

My first and last time there coffee was horrible tasted burned i asked for 6 pumps of swirl and paid for them but didn’t get it. Waited in line heard the manager be rude to the next customer. Store a mess smh. I’m a rm for a dunkin and my store would never look like that. And my customers satisfied. Try cleaning the brewers and brew heads. Maybe that would help. Awful just awful.

Waited 15 minutes for a coffee and a drink. Only to get to work and my bacon egg and cheese was deconstructed. LITERALLY they gave me bread with egg and cheese and my bacon on the side… what even? I waited 15 minutes and they couldn’t even put the bacon on the sandwich.. be for real

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place has had no food whatsoever for 2 months and counting now. No A.C at all in the building either. It’s an actual DUMP that only sells donuts and coffee, nothing else. And when you ask them when they are getting food and AC back they none of them know. That is a SERIOUS issue. They are losing out in hundreds of dollars a day because of TERRIBLE management. Please if you’re reading this dont bother doing to this place. An Actual embarrassment to other Dunkins.

I went in this morning to buy breakfast and the staff was extremely rude. I asked for a ham egg and cheese croissant and the girl gave me a death stare and wouldn’t break the stare. She told me they didn’t have the stuffed croissant. I nicely said that I didn’t order a stuffed croissant, and she very rudely told me they didn’t have ham. That’s all she had to say and why she was so mad that I asked for ham is beyond my understanding. If you’re that angry, don’t have a customer service job. My mother and I felt very uncomfortable and I was very close to saying something to her about staring at me the way she was.
To the management, you need to do something about your nasty staff before they scare away all of your customers. To top it off, I was charged for a stuffed ham croissant after being told they didn’t have them and that’s not what I received nor is it what I asked for.
No one needs to start their morning off with an angry little girl who can’t control her emotions for the sake of being professional at their customer service job. I will never go back to this location and I warn anyone thinking about going to not go to this dirty establishment with the rudest staff.
To the angry girl behind the counter, I’m sorry if you’re going through something in life that’s causing you to be so disgusting. I hope things get better for you so you can smile and treat others with some respect.

Let me start of saying :
I just read the reviews, and they go back a 2019. And all thos time, this place has not changed ! And I also have read about the employers… they are the exact smale one that served me today as well !
Now.. heres my review;
The place is absolutely DISGUSTING. I truly almost walked out, but was pressured to have to stay and get my order. Order was very simple. Coffee. Donut. Wanted something healthier but didn’t dare ! The moment you walk in it’s just gross all over the floors, I even stepped on something on the floor.
The whole front of the counter and on top was disgusting, as if the cahsier couldnt wipe it up between customers.
The napkin station was gross. The food counters were filthy. Tables disgusting. And yet, there were at least 3 girls and 1 guy…. if I’m not wrong with the count. They were not busy. There was no reason why they couldn’t pull together to clean. The Donuts were also exposed to the air. Not in a closed case. Open up to sneezing, coughing, and debris.
It truly should be shut down. Health inspectors must be shown this !
And whats more…. a couple of girls ignored me when I walked in, too busy chitchatting. 1 of them was nice and came to me, but inly because she noticed the other girls weren’t. Which made me feel I wasn’t deserving of being bothered with. I’m not a difficult customer, so I assure you, my complaint is ligit.

I don’t know why anyone would give this location a 5 star rating… had to be a family member or employee because nothing about this location deserves anything above 1 star.. the girls working this morning gave a customer an attitude and when said customer asked for a manager both employees said they weren’t allowed to give out any number to reach someone above them.. the way they treated that lady really made me not want to return to this location. I get the employees are young but it doesn’t get any easier then working at Dunkin…

Went to Dunkin this morning because it’s the closest one to my house and on the way to my job. Ordered a macchiato and a donut, waited in line for 15 minutes for my macchiato when the store was close to empty because the workers needed to fulfill the walk in orders first. I asked the female employee making coffees how long for my macchiato as she was making beverage after beverage for people who weren’t even in the store yet. Her reply was extremely rude in tone, she stated “I have to go in order” so I asked how is that in order if I’ve paid for my order and have been standing here for over ten minutes as were other customers patiently waiting. She proceeded to state that she was not “about to do this with me” I then said to her I was simply asking a question and from there her attitude got worse. I stated if you can’t handle speaking to customers maybe you should get a job that doesn’t have to do with speaking to people then proceeded to ask the cashier for a number to speak to a manager or general manager they both stated there isn’t a number and the girl at the register said “ don’t come over here with that attitude I know you not talking to me”, I then said to her, “ you sat there and watched your coworker get disrespectful and deny me your managers number but want to deny my a number to speak to someone in charge?” I then walked out and called HR. This location needs to be shut down permanently. They hire students who really don’t care about customer service let alone answering customers questions without attitude. That being said although this was one of my favorite locations I won’t be returning here again. These employees need an actual adult manager to babysit them because they don’t do well alone.

I door dash my coffee like three times a week. I really look forward to my iced coffee in the morning and this team has made my order absolutely perfect and consistently for the last few weeks. The effort is much appreciated. Great team!
