Best Dunkin location in town and everyone knows it, which means it’s often possible they are out of your favorite donut flavor depending on what time you visit. Everything here is always fresh and prepared perfectly. The staff has always been friendly and efficient anytime I visit. They go out of their way to accommodate requests and don’t mind preparing special coffee requests.

I was just at the Dunkin’ Donuts and the guy upfront was taking my order didn’t greet me didn’t say hello he said what do you want? I think that was pretty rude. You shouldn’t talk to your customers like that.

Yesterday I went through the drive thru and ordered my Grandma’s coffee – even though it was me on the intercom somehow they knew it was my grandmas coffee and put an ice cube or two in it so it wasn’t too hot. So when I brought it to her I’m like my coffee feels hot and hers doesn’t. She grabs it with a smile and said they put her ice cubes in it for her . Just thought this was so nice and gave us a good laugh. Cause she goes there probably almost every day and they just knew it was her order.

I ordered from here and my half a dozen donuts came with one half eaten already, don’t know if it was from insects or rodents but the manager continued to tell me he’s the one who made my order and yet I still was giving a half ate blueberry donut.

I ordered an “On-the-Go” hot coffee. When I walked in, it was not ready. I noticed a young lady working between the front register and drive-thru who also had time to take orders from four other customers who came in after me. When I questioned her about my coffee, she said that I “was not in line”. I explained I had recently placed an “on-the-go” order, thereby not necessary to stand “in line”; “on-the-go” side of Dunkin’, means an order is most always done right away (if time permits); She finally made my coffee but not without an argument and comment that they (the workers) were “slammed” (very busy) thanks to drive-thru. Understandable, but no need for the defensive comments. I still left a $2 tip for “the crew” & the coffee tasted good.

The staff that was working Sat morning 9/20/25 provided the best service I ever experienced at a Dunkin. Credit to the whole team. Shout out to Nasiari, Zeke, Jose and Sysco (pardon if misspelled any names). They provide a great experience and atmosphere. Keep up the great work and service guys. Us costumers really appreciate it. Thank you.

Awful – ordered a coffee with oatmilk and peppermint mocha, waited over 30 min for it to be ready and it was regular boring black unflavored coffee- this store is incompetent and can’t follow direction nor do they care about orders

This Dunkin is a bit of a caffeinated crapshoot. The staff is a mixed bag—some are stellar, others seem allergic to courtesy. Mornings are a delight, with friendly employees who sling coffee and food with the speed of a ninja. Come afternoon or evening, though, you might encounter the grumpy crew, who act like taking your order is a personal offense. Every now and then, panhandlers outside add a touch of unsolicited street theater to the experience.
