Stopped by Dunkin’ and grabbed a large hot coffee, and they nailed it. I asked for it not too sweet, and it came out exactly right—smooth, balanced, and perfect for the morning. The staff clearly paid attention to the order, and it made a big difference. Simple things done well keep me coming back.

Customer service on Sundays is horrible. To order a coffee it takes 10 minutes. To get to the cashier window ls another 10 minutes. Monday thru Saturday the service and customer service is great. I’m better off going to a different Dunkin on Sundays.

I was at this Dunkin yesterday and there was an absolutely rude Spanish male employee (didn’t have a name tag) working the drive thru around 9:15 am. I gave him 13$ a ten annd 3 singles and my total was 7$ and some change. He said you gave me too much money I responded I wanted a solid 5 back. He miscounted the money and only gave me back 4 for change. I told him I was missing a dollar. He then began to tell me that I gave him the wrong amount, I said sir I gave you a 10 and 3 singles. He responded with NO, you didint I then asked to speak to a manager. He responded “you can ask to talk to who ever you like but I know what you gave me”. Then at this point the manager a Spanish woman comes over and he begins to bagger me in Spanish about how I’m lying and trying to get extra money. I tell him I speak Spanish and there’s no need to speak like that. I tell him maybe it was a simple misunderstanding or miscommunication. He respond with “you’re understanding me right now right! YOU ONLY GAVE ME 1 ten and 2 singles”. I respond this treatment is crazy never in my life have I been treated like this at a place of business! The manager recognizes me since I used to be a regular who lived in the area. She says no worries and gives back the dollar. It doesn’t end there, I was waiting for my second order I then pay him 10$ he sarcastically says do you see that this is only 10$. I said clearly sir there’s no need for the sarcasm. He response with “clearly right”. I then take my coffee and left absolutely disgusted on how he is allowed to speak and treat customers. I will not be back! He should not be allowed to interact with customers without basic human decency. He was rude and badgering! I hope something can me done! I tried calling the store 2x but got no answer!

do not EVER eat here. i ordered the maple sandwich and the boy did not cook my egg all the way through with made it gross and runny AND the bacon was also not cooked correctly. and the girl making my drink was sniffling, wiping her nose, and touching all over my drink. i genuinely feel so sick thinking about this again

Had to wait just a couple of minutes for an order. however, when the server handed me the food and drinks the hot chocolate accidentally spilled all over my shirt and lap as well as my dog granted he was enthusiastically waiting for his treat as well. It seemed the server may have been in a rush. I run on Dunkin’ and will definitely be back thanks to the awesome DD mobile app!

Hello All!!
I think this a great store with great people and a wonderful atmosphere… however I waited until my Fourth time to write this review of my order getting wrong, “scooped out and extra toasted” and now 4 of 4 have been barely heated and not toasted at all, and not scooped.
Come on, you can do better, I will try this store again in a month after going to the local bagelry who does not have the tiny bagel balls or the veggie cream cheese, but they know what “extra toasted means”

If you want a yummy Boston Creme Doughnut and very good coffee and cold beverages that are better than Starbucks and cost a little bit less Dunkin’s your place for a quick treat. Their second best donut is the glazed stick when they’re in stock. I do not care for any of the other donuts or food items. They are just okay. OH, The bageles with cream cheese are very good too.

I’m surprised this location is still open. Dunkin’ sued the franchise owners in 2022 to get this location shut down after it failed three company health inspections. Dunkin’ claimed that this location did not have a cleaning schedule and was overall very dirty, and even stated that there was mold growing on the ice machine. However, the results from the company inspections were at odds with ones conducted by the town of Glastonbury, of which this location passed all of them. Regardless of which one is correct or not, I believe it’s best to avoid this location.
