I went there at 6:30 to get an dunklatte and was told the espresso machine is already cleaned so I can’t get it when they close at 10pm. Imagine going in on an overnight shift without coffee. It’s always an issue with this store. They never want to serve people.

They took FOREVER to get two drinks done. There were no customers besides me, There were THREE people working, And we waited 10 minutes only for 2 drinks. They also made the drinks wrong, which took longer.

Made an online order to prevent any confusion and they messed everything up. I order munchkins assorted glaze, they just gave 1 flavor. Then I krder a frozen hot chocolate and she argued with my husband even though the sticker said frozen hot chocolate, not coffee! The poor attitude displayed is extremely embarrassing for the company. I will not be going back to this store.

It’s always a 50/50. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s not. When they’re on their game it’s the quickest drive-thru around, but I’ve also sat in the drive-thru for 20-30 minutes. Not because there was a line either. Always very friendly even when they are having a bad day. I’ve been coming here every day for 2-3 years and it always adds a little excitement and gamble to my morning trying to get in and out. For the good days they deserve 4 stars.

The two women working were kind and helpful. They were cheerful and really made everyone that came to the counter feel better. We sat and enjoyed our donuts and hash browns and watched as many left the counter with a smile. Awesome job ladies!
