The wait is ridiculous and the woman making the food behind the counter is a complete B. You can’t handle the public, you shouldn’t be in this business. I’ve only been there twice and both time have been horrible.

Every morning I come here. I order on the app to skip the long line and everytime i still have to wait 10-15 minutes. The cashier in the drive through in the afternoons is also very rude by rolling her eyes and the way she delivers service.

Stopped in for iced coffee on Black Friday. I needed to ask if they had a decaf iced coffee, and my question was immediately answered by one of the team members which I thought was helpful. My order was taken and made in a timely manner. My drink came out perfect, and I’m happy with my visit. Great store! Would return 🙂

Around 70% of the time they get my order wrong. Takes to long to order and wait. Have to do on the go orders. Just found a plastic wrapper in my coffee and completely ruined my day. Will not be going here anymore!

Never fails, I get in the drive thru of the DD 1/2 mile away from this one and creep, creep. Then before I’m committed I break out of line and zoom this DD. This line always moves and the food is the same. Plus it’s attached to a convenience store, gas station and car wash. One day I’m going to zoom back to the other DD after getting my stuff and see who’s still in that line moving at glacial speed. While sipping my coffee. But the slow one is the best DD in town if you want to sit and sip. Good people watching.

Couple weeks I order a strawberry refresher it taste like more water I said OK no problem. Wish I never had no problems with them to today. They give me a hard time when I place the order for refresher strawberry this time she didn’t place the order she’s death. Every time I come here they get my order wrong and then have an attitude when I tell them. Got a large coffee and it was all milk. Another time, asked for a double espresso shot in my coffee and then they gave it to me on side. Got angry when I said it was supposed to be in it. Very unprofessional Dunkin. I don’t recommend coming to this Bristol location.

Horrible customer service! I needed to check how much money I had before getting a smoothie added to my order and the entire time they were making it, they were yelling “Well she needs to be parked now” “Park her NOW”. As a customer that makes me feel rushed and as though they’re bothered with my order. Then to top it off I’m already rushing to work and they made my smoothie with so much extra vanilla bean that the smoothie tasted gross. Horrible horrible
