Over the last few years I’ve come to realize there are good and bad dunkins. This is a good dunkin. My coffee is consistently made correctly and the coffee tastes good as far as dunkins go. Only slightly annoying things are you need a key to use the bathroom (understandable but inconvenient) and getting out of the parking lot is a pain since theres always traffic in this area.

Stopped here after being up since 4 a.m from black Friday shopping..this was my 3rd Dunkin store from that day..the previous store made my drink wrong maybe 30 mins prior to me going to this Dunkin..I didn’t realize it tho since it was a hot drink that was TOO HOT to drink right away..but my kids texted and asked me to bring breakfast home so that’s how I ended up at the pine Street store..I ordered sandwiches and a donut for the kids and asked them if they could fix the drink I got from the previous Dunkin and I was told NO..that the manager said it wasn’t from one of their stores..( it was the store going towards target still in Bristol).. honestly it shouldn’t matter either way..if a hot chocolate is worth more than helping a customer (that also spent money here didn’t just ask for my drink to be remade) then I certainly will not be back to this location..Rich, do better with ur mangers people skills cuz this was wrong smh

I put in a mobile order and they made my order so fast I was like dang I just put it in it’s gonna be half cold but it wasn’t. I always appreciate and remember when a dunkin actually heats their food to an appropriate temperature.

Ever since Darcy took over and the beautiful Reno of the whole store the energy changed for the better! I love how lovely the staff is and how Darcy recognized me from East Main and knew my order! I love how she manages and doesn’t cut anyone slack to anything ! Give her the energy you want to be treated with!!!!

They are usually really fast. Delivery can be iffy but they are working on everything. They are very good at fixing issues or problems when it happends.

I have stopped by this location in the middle of the afternoon on two occasions to get my Dad donuts. A lot of stores have slim pickings by that time of day, but both times they had a great selection. Got in and out fast.

Edit: As days go by, I find myself updating many ratings. Let’s talk about $0.90 for a splash of oatmilk in coffee. I’m vegan, and it seems that even though being vegan helps the world a little, I get punished. Almost a whole dollar in this establishment for milk is outrageous, while the one in Thomaston costs $0.60

This is my FAVORITE Dunkin. I always feel taken care of no matter who is working.
If I have time, I will sit and wait in the drive thru no matter how many cars are there. If not, I sadly go to a different location.
They NEVER get my order wrong and finish my order as I start at the speaker lol Im conflicted on how I feel about that right now.
CORP needs to let them accept tips at the window!!! I recently found out that they can’t accept tips, and that really upset me.
Other than that, no complaints.
