On 10/5 @ 10:20 am I walked into this location to the manager or supervisor berating her elder staff (Ellen) in front of other staff and customers. I’m literally shaking again thinking about this. I was mortified for her but it took me a minute in my own disarray to realize what was happening and in that moment, the manager walked away… seconds before I was about to make a scene myself on Ellen’s behalf. I was a manager for over 20 years, was a VP, and a business owner and I can attest, this is NOT the type of person you want managing other people. An entire room full of people watched a young punk, talk disrespectfully to her elder and had to watch her take it. This message is THE ABSOLUTE LEAST I can do to stand up when I didn’t stand up in person. No one should allow this behavior of others. If I return to this location and see anything of this sort, I will immediately call Dunkin Headquarters myself to inquire why she is still managing others after the awful comments already made about her here. Again, the VERY LEAST I can do to prevent further abuse.

The one star is for Ellen. The girl with the bull ring on her nose and gages in her ears is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever come across. She constantly was yelling at Ellen, criticizing EVERY little thing, and non stop talking bad about her to the other employee in front of 15+ customers. Ellen is so strong for being able to still work in such a toxic environment! I don’t care if that other girl is considered a “good” employee, that amount of disrespect and lack of professionalism should NOT be tolerated! My heart aches for Ellen.

I read all the terrible reviews about the Lyndonville Dunkin yet went there despite them and am happy I did!! I had called ahead to be certain they had what I wanted. When I arrived and began my order, they actually knew what else I would order remembering my call in. The young women there were very courteous and on task. No wait! I had a cast on my arm and without my asking, the young man behind the counter came around and offered to carry my order my car. I felt that was amazing and kind…. I will go there again, their service was above and beyond…..

Filled with terrible and obnoxious staff members on top of being poorly managed. Nobody could seem to stay organized and all got quickly confused the second they had to serve more than two customers. Management more worried about the cleanliness of the floor than helping out their employees during a rush. Very unfortunate

The new rule I’m told is we pay extra if we want less ice. Who does this?As a paying customer I guess we should be able to have what we want for ice. So you have lost a regular customer. I’ll give my business to McDonalds.

What this lacks by being a satellite. It makes up for with service. The dunkin down the road in st j has more to offer. As it’s a full standalone restaurant. But the service there isn’t nearly as friendly or good.
Whenever I walk in the staff starts my order if they’re not busy. 9 time out of ten. My coffee will be ready when I get to the counter.
They make it a point to remember customers and make you feel welcome.

We stopped here on our way back home hoping to get some breakfast and free medium or large coffee Mondays for app members. I got a small black coffee with a donut, I ask the girl behind the counter, dont I get it for free if I change it to medium, “I don’t know anything about the app”. Then she calls someone else and the other girl says “oh thats so you use your app for rewards!” There was a sign that says free medium or large coffee. They have no food either. If you can wait, dont bother stopping here, avoid it.

It was odd. They could accept card payments at the drive thru but not at the counter most odd.
