I come here almost every day and today was by far the worst encounter I’ve ever had. The workers were arguing with each other. Yelling while I was standing right in front of them. I understand that establishments have tough days and sometimes are out of things which is completely normal.today the ovens were down, they were out of everything Bagels and sourdough bread. I had the girl taking orders Roll her eyes at me as well as make my drink wrong. When I tried to explain to her what I wanted for a drink she picked something else and made that instead. I understand not everyone wants to go to work. And not everyone enjoys their job, but if you are going to work in customer service with food, you should try to at least be somewhat pleasant instead of snappy and rude to your customers.

I always run on Dunkin! It was the same during my trip to Rutland! Coffee was made fresh and they had a great selection of donuts… They had double chocolate (which is often out at other locations!)

We got a box of munchkins with a bite taken out of it, we called to complain and was told we were lying and that it’s impossible then got hung up on. The fact this happened is a disgusting joke.

This dunkin donuts is the slowest location I have ever encountered. I go here often and every time I put in a mobile order or go to the drive thru it takes 25 minutes to get from the speaker to the window with only 3 people in front of me.
The other day I ordered a flavored latte with whole milk and she ha did me a latte with skim insisting it was whole milk. I took a sip while waiting for my other items and sure enough, it was an unflavored latte with skim.
The sandwiches always taste like there is cleaner in them and more often than not they are burnt.
No one has been friendly. One girl will never speak she will just stick her hand out for money without a hi, or when you leave not even a have a nice day.
I give up on this location. In the 5 years I have gone here It doesn’t change. Sounds like they need a change in management amd someone to come in to retrain employees. They also go through employees very quickly.
Do yourself a favor and drive 5 miles ro the next location.

I have frequented this location for 6+years as it’s right around the corner from my house and will no longer be doing so. Normally service meets expectations for a Dunkin’. Today however was the exception. The young “lady” working the counter and her boyfriend (not employed by DD) who was hanging out in the store where having a verbal confrontation with anther customer who the boyfriend chased out of the store threating to fight the man (probably deserved as the costumer wanted to continue the fight/ altercation outside) and as I approached the counter she screamed we’re closed leave, before I even said a word. No sign or change of hours were posted on the door or counter I understand the hours changed for the holiday but apparently they closed even earlier then the listed time as I checked prior to entering the store. I don’t think being screamed at was necessary even during a challenging situation with a different costumer. This is possibly the most ridiculous/ disrespectful experience I’ve ever had in any Dunkin’ or restaurant for that matter.

We ordered for 2 frozen coffee with no whipped cream. The frozen coffee tasted terrible. We waited 10 minutes and our order was terrible . I will not go there again
